Yingshu & Shervin were exceptional! When I met them for a meeting prior to leaving my little dog who has significant separation anxiety issues, he took to them immediately. I knew then that I made the right choice of whom I should leave him with. They were so easy to talk to, took all the time I needed, and I could tell they were very experienced at caring for pets. it instilled as sense of immediate comfort..They sent me a list ahead of the visit of what things to bring so I didn’t forget anything, When we exchanged messages throughout the stay, they demonstrated a great routine, and lots of photos, including a description of his daily activities, and often more. Lots of walks down nearby paths, and potty breaks, as I requested . I high recommend them! My dog came home very happy, and relaxed. They will definitely be my go to pet sitters in the future, should this homebody travel again. Five stars!

Ma chienne était nerveuse au début et Sarah l'a accueillie avec patience et douceur. J'ai reçu des photos et des nouvelles de mes chiens durant mon absence qui me permettaient de m'assurer que tout se passait bien. Je n'hésiterai pas à confier mes chiens à Sarah de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour à l'étranger !

I had such a wonderful experience with Emily watching my senior dog Bambi over the weekend! From the very beginning, she was really kind, organized, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made leaving Bambi a very comfortable experience. She took great care of Bambi and was incredibly attentive to her needs. Bambi is nervous during storms, and Emily was so patient and reassuring with her during them. She also made sure Bambi had plenty of outside balcony sunshine time. Throughout the weekend, Emily kept me updated, was always very responsive, and regularly sent pictures which was wonderful. It’s clear that Bambi was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Everything from drop-off to pick-up was seamless, and Emily’s kindness and passion for dogs truly shows. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely ask her to board Bambi again. Highly recommend! ❤️🐾

They were great. They are very quick to answer messages. Sent us many pictures and took our dog on many fun adventures. Would highly recommend them and leave our dog again.

Rachel and Simon were so great! They were such a great fit for looking after our big dog, Ronnie. We were 100% comfortable leaving ronnie with them for the first time. After our initial visit, Ronnie was wagging her tail as soon as we arrived at their place to drop her off. They were super kind and considerate, gave us lots of photos and updates, and just all around nice people. You could tell Ronnie was super comfortable there, getting lots of attention and cuddles. Thanks again!!

This is 4th time we’ve had Zain take care of our little Boston. We were happy to receive regular photo updates. Communication was also easy via the app. I would recommend Zain and we will use his pet care service again.

Melina and her family are absolutely amazing. She was so understanding and accommodating from start to finish. My parents love looking after Jasper.. but honestly I think he had a much better time with Melina and her family! I will have to divide his overnight stays between the two.
