Carol keeps you updated on how Gus pretty much daily it helps us to settle into our trip with having no worries on how Gus is doing. Her 2 dashounds and Gus have lots of fun together. About: Let me look after your fur baby while you enjoy skiing, biking or hiking at Sun Peaks resort. My family had dogs for as long as I can remember. I have been a pet parent since 2000 and at one time owned 3 dogs: a black lab and 2 Sealyham Terriers, one of whom was blind! As a pet parent I know how important it is to your enjoyment that you know your dog is safe and happy. My home is a quiet space perfect for your fur baby to hang out while you enjoy the mountain. I had to say goodbye to my precious little dog Johnny Cash in March 2025 and I look forward to spoiling your fur baby I work from home and created my work schedule based around my dog! We go outside for regular bathroom breaks and there is plenty of time for cuddles on the couch, and longer walks between client calls. When I am not working I like to go hiking, golfing or snowboarding depending on the season. Most of the day is spent relaxing in the living room or on the deck. There is an extensive walking path directly outside my condo. Your fur baby is welcome to sleep with us on the king bed or wherever you prefer.

About: I've always had a love for dogs. Many people have trusted me with their pets because of my caring nature and adaptability to any situation. I live and work at home. I am lucky that I can work anywhere in BC on my laptop. I have my own vehicle so it's easy to move around whenever I need. My husband and I own our home. We have a beautiful big fenced backyard. I live in a lovely, safe community with parks nearby. I don't have any pets of my own, but I love dogs so it would be wonderful to get to care for one.

“Chester had an awesome vacation with his new friend Paul. We were travelling from out of town so could not do a meet and greet. Paul and I met by phone and after discussing our needs I felt very confident in Paul. My main concern was how Chester would behave in someone else’s home. Paul was very relaxed and we could tell that he had Chester’s best interests at heart. Loved getting regular photos and newsy updates. I hope we have the opportunity to book Paul again.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid, I continue to foster and take care of my own dog. I have alot of experience with senior dogs as I owned a small chihuahua into his geriatric years. I have also taken care of puppies many times and taught basic training. I work part time and am home alot. Along with that when I am working I’m able to come home and provide potty breaks. We live an active lifestyle so most times the dogs come with me wherever I go! We take extreme safety with our own dog and will continue with others ! We would take dogs on lots of walks and dog park if owner is comfortable. We like to play and cuddle any furry friend that comes our way!

I consider myself a lover of ALL animals and believe every pet deserves the best. The dog breeds I’ve had most experience with from having them as pets are Golden Retrievers, American Eskimos, Weimaraners, Labs and Yorkshire terriers. I live near many hiking trails so depending on your dogs wants or needs we can go for a hike in the woods or a walk through the neighbourhood. I am trustworthy, patient and have a big heart. I enjoy the company of dogs and cats and have a comfortable, cozy home to love and care for your pets while you’re away. I will treat them as though they were my own. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the week. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and love they need. I like to keep a consistent routine so pets feel comfortable and secure. Safety and trust come first. I carefully follow the instructions you provide, whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, or exercise routines. In my home or yours, I create a calm, pet-friendly environment where your dog or cat feels safe. I keep a close eye on pets outdoors, use leashes at all times unless instructed otherwise, and always ensure doors, gates, and fences are secure.
