About: I'm comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, reinforcing routines and providing lots of attention and affection. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and energy level, so I tailor my care to their individual needs. I work from home Monday to Friday and my schedule is quite flexible on thursdays and Fridays. I can visit the animals in between work hours and am free evenings/weekends. I have a vehicle and driving to you is not a problem. I follow each pet's regular routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications (if needed), and plenty of attention and affection. About: We had to say goodbye to our sweet dog last fall and would welcome some occasional furry love in our home again! I understand what’s involved in taking care of a dog properly, all while giving them love and attention. I raised a vizsla dog from puppy through to senior and passing on. He had epilepsy which required daily medication his whole life, was a high energy alpha male, and had lots of minor medical issues. I also grew up with a collie-shepherd rescue when I was younger. During the summer months I don’t work, so looking to add a furry friend to our family while I’m home. I have kids, so while we may go out for occasional outings, if the dog isn’t joining us, the dog would only be home for a few hours. During the school year, I would only be gone weekdays for 4-6 hours. I have a fenced rural property (just under an acre) on the edge of Comox, with access to trails and beaches, galore! There is a mudroom inside our home that is a safe place to leave a dog, or a crate if they feel safe. My children understand how to approach and treat dogs carefully and respectfully (they are 7 and 10 years old). With some blankets on the couch, your dog is welcome up for some cuddles! The house is well setup for a dog, as our last one lived here too. There is always access to fresh water for your pup, we have a walk in shower with easy access from the door on tile, and our home is a comfortable temperature year round with a heat pump.

About: I’ve taken care of Animals my entire life. We’ve had dogs and cats, goats and chickens. Rabbits and hamsters. We have a very flexible schedule. We are very nurturing and just love animals I have a Very flexible schedule. So fitting in pet care into my daily and weekly routine, can be made a top priority. I can work around your schedule. I have a fenced yard in our home. So lots of outside time. Daily walks or multiple times a day. I can trim nails if needed. Or bathing and grooming. I can administer medication if needed. About: I started taking care of dogs when I was 12, helping with walks and training for my own dog in Italy, where I’m from. Being around dogs has always been a part of my life. Over the years, I also dog sat for friends and family, caring for different breeds and keeping up with their usual routines. After moving to Canada, I felt like something was missing and that’s when I decided to get my own dog here. That experience taught me even more about responsibility and the joy of having a dog in your life. I’m comfortable with daily walks, basic training, feeding schedules, and making sure each dog feels relaxed and well cared for. I’m responsible, easygoing, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I have a very flexible work schedule and am available for walks every day from 4 to 8 PM, as well as early morning and lunchtime walks. I also have more time on weekends, making it easy to fit in longer walks or extra playtime. I’m very respectful of each owner’s training style and home rules. At my place, I have a 2-year-old, 15-pound Havapoo who loves to play and will happily keep your pup company.

Steps away from the beach so many strolls for sniffs and pee breaks. One very excited toddler to pet and play. Has learned to be gentle with dogs.

I currently work 5 hours a day during the week and can provide early morning, afternoon and evening visits. I have a large fenced front and back yard. Boarding rates apply to 8am drop-off and 8am pick the following day (24 hours) $100 Daycare rates apply to 8am drop off and 6pm pick up (10 hours) $63 Additional hours for early drop-off (before 8am) and late pick-up (after 6pm) is $12/ hour Please note: The 20% Rover fee for hosts is included in these rates. Rover charges guests an additional 11% at check out. Dogs stay comfortably in my home, couch time included! They’ll have fresh water and meals (provided by their owner) throughout their stay. Treats and poop bags are always on hand. Pups can enjoy a home-like environment with qualified supervision. The front yard is fully fenced for play time and potty breaks.
