My availability is very flexible and open at this given time (June 2025). I commute between an apartment in downtown Hagerstown and St Mary's County (Wildewood) and care for my family's German shepherd (Freya) and teddy bear (Odin) about 1-2 days a month in W.V. Those dates are preplanned. I'm an early bird, up around 4:30-6 AM. I have a low maintenance mainecoon so she grazes all day and has plenty to do till I come home for my own kitty snuggles. I can only care for your pets on their turf or if you allow it, to take them to public parks. Both of my residences do not allow additional boarding. I personally wouldn't mind, but, rules are rule. I'm very adaptable and would love to keep any routine you have with your pets. From nicknames, babytalk, several walks a day, a bath etc... Write down your desired routine for Fido/Whiskers and I'll do my best to keep them entertained and comfortable until you're back home.

About: I have been dog sitting on weekends for my sister and brother in law for almost a year, she is a 10 month old bernedoodle with lots of energy! I also love caring for senior dogs. I have cat sit for 2 of my neighbors’ multiple cats, and have 2 pups of my own - Romeo and Bambi - both toy poodles aged 4 and 6 years old. I helped train both of them when they were puppies, and they are very well-behaved and loved! I currently work part-time on weekdays in the afternoon, so besides that I would have plenty of time to care for your furry friends - either overnight or for just a few hours! I am free before 5 pm Monday - Friday and after 9 pm, and I am available all day Saturday. I am usually busy Sundays, but can sometimes find time for it if you need full weekend care, so don’t hesitate to ask! I am very thorough and flexible with following any specific instructions you might have for caring for pets in your home. I have experience with crated dogs and free roam pets, so anything you need, I can do!

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 11. I have taken care of neighbors and friends dogs! I took animal science in high school for two years which included dog grooming two days out of the week and also learning about all animals in general. I worked at Hayfield Animal Hospital as a Kennel Assistant when I was in high school as well. This required walking and feeding dogs on a day to day basis. Through my junior year of high school through college, I was a summer camp counselor for a Horse riding stables. This included taking care of 30+ horses every morning and night during the week. I have been riding horses for 20 years now and have an equine minor. I have lots of experience with dogs and cats! I currently have two dogs of my own that I love very much. I have grown up with cats and until recently have always had one or two in my life. I currently work full-time from home. I work from 8 to 5 but can sit before then, during lunch, or after work. I also have time on the weekends to sit as well. I have two dogs of my own at home, so I cannot do in-home sitting currently. I will take great care of your pups/cats at your own home and follow any instructions given!
