“Giovanni took great care of Mackey while I was away. He stayed in my home and left everything exactly as he found it. I got updates each day and could tell Mackey was having a wonderful time. Giovanni is extremely respectful and you can tell he loves animals. I would highly recommend him if you need someone to care for your fur baby!”

About: I’m experienced with bathing and grooming both dogs and cats, and I’m very patient throughout the process. I’ve also cared for shy or nervous pets, including feral cats and dogs with separation anxiety. I provide a calm, clean environment and pay close attention to what each pet needs to feel safe and comfortable. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for pets during the day. I can provide day care and longer stays depending on your needs. When caring for pets, I follow all instructions closely and make sure they are in a calm and safe space. I am respectful of you and your pets needs and provide regular updates so you know how your pet is doing.

“Jennie kept our 14 year old dog over Spring Break and we absolutely loved her! She pays attention to detail and good with dogs. Our dog isn’t a social dog, so I was concerned with her getting a long with Jennie’s dogs. When we picked our dog up she was happy running around with her dogs as if she was part of the pack! I highly recommend Jennie!”

“Ian did great with our 3 year old German shepherd and 4 month old mini Aussie! The pups had a great time and got plenty of exercise. Definitely going to rebook in the future!”

“Hannah did a fantastic job with our two dogs. She sent lots of pictures and updates and even went above and beyond by going to our vet to pick up some meds that were needed during the stay. I will happily use her again as needed.”

“Leslie is the greatest! My Buffy girl is safe and has a lot of fun when she is with her. I’m thankful to have found someone to care for my pet when I can’t, especially since I just moved back to the area.”

“This experience was wonderful for both my dog and I. I have never left him before and he had a great time. Emily is an awesome dog sitter. She sent me pictures every day. She has two of the sweetest little boys that Augie enjoyed playing with and also a small dog of her own. After the first picture arrived I was able to enjoy my vacation. He was glad to see me but I’m sure he’s going to miss Emily and the boys. I was very happy with her care and will use her again when I need to. I would highly recommend her to keep your dog and feel comfortable about leaving it there.”

“My dog Lily had a wonderful time. She will take great care of your animals definitely recommend and will use again in the future”

“Nicholas is very easy to work with and took great care of Pedro while we traveled for a few days. I definitely recommend him!”

About: I've been taking care of dog for as long as I can remember. I'm able to take care of/ watch dog from puppies to seniors. I've watched dog with and without disabilities, and I know how to administer medications from pills to shots. I also know how to preform cpr and the heimlich if needed. I currently have a part time job where I get to choose when to work. So I'm able to spend time with the fur babies whenever. I'm very respectful of my clients homes, and I follow rules that they set of me. I like to keep my clients updated on what's going on with plenty of photos, and I always try to make sure the fur babies I'm watching have a good time.

About: I have watched finches, bunnies, cats, fish, dogs, raised puppies, raised a herd of guinea pigs, and love every experience with animals. I am not shy! I am currently working part time and have extra time on my hands. I have the long weekends open for your animals. The whole week for drop in visits. I have my own animals, but I would love to drop in to care for your animals. I can spend the day with your animal, walk your doggies, any special needs I got you covered, and I am ready to spoil your special friend.

About: As a current veterinary student, I’ve had a passion for animal care for as long as I can remember. I began working at a veterinary clinic in 2016 where my job was essentially to look after the patients from feeding, administering medications, potty breaks, and keeping them clean. I began pet sitting both dogs and cats that same year. My experience includes senior pets, pets with medical needs, and puppies. I look forward to being able to provide your pet with care you can trust. I typically work 3-4 days out of the week. I’m happy to host your pets on weekends and weekdays that I am not working. My availability should be marked accordingly, but please reach out if you’re interesting in boarding on a day marked as “Unavailable” so we can discuss your needs further. Our home is on a quiet street and has a privacy fence enclosing a decently-sized yard. We have 2 friendly and active dogs, a Labrador retriever and Golden retriever, that are both crate-trained. They have both socialized with numerous dogs, but can be kept separate from boarded dogs if needed. Our home is puppy-proofed to avoid unintentional ingestion of food, medications, or other objects. There are no children in our home, just me and my husband. We do have 2 cats, but they prefer to hang out in the cat room which will be closed off when we have guests. We have additional cages and kennels for your dogs if that is part of their typical routine. Medications can be given while dogs are being boarded if needed.

“Moses loved staying with Lara. She took excellent care of him and was so easy to communicate with, both before and during his stay. Highly recommend.”

About: I am a dog lover since I knew about dogs. I have 3 dogs in total (all of them are Shih Tzus). I have been taking care of dogs for the past 2 years and have ample experience in walking, feeding, bathing, and handling a dog. I am a student at Purdue and since my classes are a hybrid style I have ample time to take care of my furry friends. I have 3 Shih Tzus in total ( 2 with my parents and 1 at Purdue). I take care of them be it feeding, walking, or bathing. I love dogs and they mean the world to me.

About: Hello! I am Mia, a PhD student at Purdue University studying astrobiology. I have always had a passion for animals and have been a WAG/Rover walker and sitter for 6 years. As a kid I would beg my parents for a dog, and never got one, but I believe that is what keeps me constantly entertained by them! I became the neighborhood "petsitter" in my early high school years and have taken care of pets ranging from dogs to parrots. Along with that I was a collegiate cross country runner so I could walk your dogs for as long as they want, I wont get tired! Flexible, I am a student and a researcher so my availability can vary but for the most part I can be pretty flexible and do work on my own schedule I prefer to dog sit at my clients home because I have a small apartment with no backyard and I’m near a very busy street:)

About: We believe when you own a pet it is for life. Just like your children, you love, train and provide. My husband and I are both dog lovers and will give your pet all the love and attention they need while you are away. I work part time, 2-3 days a week but I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. My husband farms and is usually nearby. Your pet will never be alone for more than a few hours at a time. We also have an Airedale that loves company and as long as your baby likes my baby they will always be together. We live in the country and have professional underground fencing. We will put your dog on a lead for playtime or walk them according to your wishes. Our Dale was crate trained as a puppy so we understand the need for safety. We will abide by your wishes.

“Lisanne was great with Liza. Sometimes Liza can take a while to warm up to people, but she did great with Lisanne. I was sent pictures everyday, and she told me about all of the activities that they did. She even kept me informed when Liza had a problem with getting in her car. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great sitter for their pet.”

“Hojoo and her family were so sweet! I am so glad I chose them. Her profile was exactly what I needed for my fur baby for a quick business trip. She treated Tito like family and he didn’t want to leave! So happy to have him make new friends!”

Karly J.Star Sitter

She took such good care of our animals and we had a LOT going on: a dog, guinea pigs, high maintenance finches, and rabbits, including baby rabbits (we were breeding them at the time). “Hannah does an amazing job boarding my 1-year-old Dalmatian and doing drop-in visits for my two cats. I always have such peace of mind leaving my animals in her care when we are out of town. “Mia loves walking dogs! She has always loved dogs, and volunteered in a vet clinic in high school. She was able to use this love of dogs to get a long-term position in New York City this summer--house sitting and taking care of two big dogs. Pet owners know she cares, and will ask for her specifically as a return walker. Mia has a positive rating on WAG website. She has a positive demeanor, and is liked by all. :)”
