“Jen and Alex were awesome. They did an independent visit with us out of the house, so that they interact on their own. Luna, the was never seen but was eating. Ghost being a puppy was apprehensive and Alex and Jen worked with him to make sure he ate. It was the 1st time Ghost had interacted with some other than family. Griffin, our disabled dog and Alex are good friends. Griffin is moody and likes his space. Then there is 5lb Budley, friends with everyone. He missed his routine with mommy, he needed to go to work. I would recommend Jen and Alex, they go above and beyond what is expected. We appreciated the pictures and messages.”

About: I love being around animals and spending time with them. I find myself walking in the outdoors a lot which I would love to do with dogs! I currently work part time over the summer and I am also a full time college student. I am looking to care for more animals over the summer whenever needed. I am up to changing my availability at work to fit the needs of the animals I need to watch! I have a very large front and backyard that animals love. I have one dog and three cats that are all very friendly towards others.

I have worked with people who use alarm systems and learned how to properly enter and set the alarms when leaving. I can use a variety of different leashes depending on your dogs needs and I am a very cautious person naturally so I always make sure doors are locked, waters available to the doggos and whatever else is needed to keep them and the home safe.

I had a Siberian Husky named Bosko, until he passed away in April 2024. He was almost 11 years old, full of energy, yet very, very well behaved, trained and mannered. Bosko was not aggressive, but he did growl and tried to act tough around other male dogs. He was subjected to dozens of dogs in our house over the years of dog sitting on Rover and he never hurt, nor attacked another dog. If you look through our profile, you will see Bosko pictured with dozens of other dogs in our home. Bosko loved to play with smaller dogs and was very kind and gentle with them, even if they knipped at him, or bit at him. Your dog will have a great time with all of us here and we look forward to meeting you and your dog. I work from home and enjoy the company and responsibility of caring for other animals. I am able to provide consistent round the clock supervision and attention to my clients' animals. All dogs will be walked one or two times daily and have space to roam, run, play and enjoy themselves in a safe, supervised environment.

About: I've been caring for a variety of animals my whole life and have owned cats and dogs my whole adult life. I've recently been given the honour and opportunity to raise my Rottweiler puppy. I have spent countless hours researching best practices and would love to help with exercising your puppy pal. I hike, walk, beach and do whatever you need for your four legged family. About: I’ve had dogs all my life until now, from chihuahuas, cocker spaniels, Dalmatians, labs, golden and st Bernard’s I’m comfortable with all dog breeds. I am comfortable carrying large and heavy dogs if necessary, I can bathe and stay consistent with training as required. I work from home Monday to Fridays so I am available mornings, lunch and evenings for walks, drop ins and over night care. I am active and capable of walking for long distances, I also have transportation for pick up/drop off if required. We have a fence as in backyard with a pool - dogs will always be attended with outside to ensure no issues with the pool. Large front yard as well.

About: For future reference; will not be accepting non neutered or spayed cats/dogs unless accompanied by a crate, especially if their not trained please. I do have one myself, so not that you need to have one per se but allow use if necessary! This is partially for Henrys experience too, so please keep that in mind when reading this; its not to be snarky. I have trained two dogs growing up who have above average listening and response times. Positive reinforcement was key to my success, psychology paid off. One was a rescue dog; she was such a sweet heart but it took some time getting her to open up based off her traumatic experiences prior to entering the adoption location she luckily found her way too. Henry on the other hand, was purchased from a breeder, so fortunately for him less baggage, and unfortunately for her given the circumstances. I've done dog sitting/pet care for family dogs when family members would go on vacation for anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Medication administration is a non issue, as well as grooming is another area I take great pride in doing myself, as it's a good trait to have being a pet owner. Have cared for puppies, adult or senior dogs; we were a dog first family growing up so I've grown to love them more than you can realize just through descriptions; with my active daily lifestyle it allows for the animals to gain as much out of exercise as I do and working from home helps as well. I treat animals as if their my family or children, so they'd receive the same treatment one would expect from a friend baby sitting their children. Seamlessly; he wakes up when I do and is let out accordingly at 4 AM we go for multiple walks a day most notably 430 AM and 530 PM. I work from home so it makes it very manageable to get him outside for bathroom breaks within 2-2.5 hour interval periods. I'd like to think we both operate at a high level through one another. We feed off one another, so when he's upbeat I am too, but when I'm down he has his tricks that ensure a great therapeutic touch. I treat them as if their my children; I speak to them in a way they understand with words or phrases we've practiced or has practiced to ensure optimal success in regards to understanding one another. Henry and I like to play often with his toys or just horsing around with Belly rubs and chasing him around the house. He sleeps with me too, so no furniture is off limits as I usually have blankets or other covers in place to manage hair loss.
