About: I've have grown up taking care of cats and dogs from a young age. In high school, my education focus was in animal science, where I shadowed multiple veterinary offices. In college, I took several semesters of pre-vet courses before I switched majors. I entered the pet sitting business to help out family and friends when on vacations. I am able to work on training puppies as I have crate trained and obedience trained my own, as well as administer medications for pets old and young. I have even owned and cared for senior pets with varying medical needs. I currently work a full-time job Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM during the week so you can expect your pets will be cared for and played with early in the day for at least an hour. When I return home care and play time will last until I go to sleep around 9-10PM. My weekends are typically wide open and so pets will have opportunities to cuddle,play, and relax all day. My property has a large yard that dogs can play in, along with a pond, and trails for those who like to hike and explore. Indoors I have a large house with a friendly dog to keep your dog company when I'm away. I am able to crate or contain your dog to one area if needed. I also have two cats that are present in the home but can be kept separate from the dogs if needed. I have adequate space to allow for pets needing a playful and/or a quiet environment. I always make sure to build trust with the pets I care for so they are comfortable with me. All areas the pets are allowed to go will be pet proof to ensure the utmost safety.

But have the flexibility to leave multiple times throughout the day. I am able to do overnight stays Sunday - Saturday as long as you are comfortable with a sitter that has a 9-5. Open to taking the kids to the park, on a nice walk or even a small trial hike! Whatever meets your needs as a parent. Unfortunately I am not open to overnight sitting services within my own home. I can however bring your pet for a play date with my own dog or bring them to my house for a temporary moment of time.

About: I've had pets since I was very young. I started taking care of friends pets and my own since I was 15. I currently have 4 dogs, 2 rats, a ball python, and have had cats in the past. I currently work full time but am able to care for your pets in the afternoon and on Fridays and Saturdays. I can also take time off to care for your fur babies if given ample time to ask off or find coverage for my job. I currently cannot do anything in the home I live in as it's not mine and there are too many animals living here, however I am able to care for your pets in your home as I would my own. I respect boundaries from pet parents and will always do things within the rules and boundaries told to me when caring for your fur babies.

I have several chickens and ducks that she has to help with including emptying, cleaning and refilling a 200 gallon duck pond, collecting eggs, feeding them all, and cleaning the coops. She has also helped me with birds that have been egg bound. We also have cats and dogs that she cares for while we are gone. She comes to the house several times during the day and night to do all tasks. We have been gone as little as a weekend and up to a week. She is great with making sure she a good understanding of specific needs. She also communicated back to me while we were gone. Alyssa loves all animals. She always is exciting about them and we haven't seen an animal yet that did not like her. She does love to spoil them with attention.
