About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a toddler. I have fostered, pet sat for friends and family many times and recently lost my own dog of 13 years. I recently retired and miss having a pup in my life. I’m available and flexible for daily walks as well as able to provide boarding in my home. I am very attentive and loving toward all fur babies. I’m a firm believer that exercise and interactive play is essential in developing a bond with each pup.

About: I have Boston terriers, cats, goats, an a donkey. I grew up on a small farm. I have rested animals from birth and up. I'm a mother of 6, with 11 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. I'm a 10 month employee for West Wilkes High school as a bus driver and custodian. I'm free most of the summer since I'm only a 10 month Wilkes County School employee. When school is in I work from 6-8am and 11:30-5:30pm. I live on a 10 acre small farm that I grew up on. My dogs have a fenced in yard and a doggie door. They have their own bedroom for when we are away from home and sleep with me at night. They are feed twice a day and have a monthly barkbox subscription.

About: I grew up in Wyoming where I was a member of 4-H for ten years. I raised pigs and rabbits for show and also grew up with two cats and a corgi at home. I have experience giving medication to each of these animals and even some experience giving injections. My husband, Orlando, and I love animals and work most of our Rover appointments together. At home we have two cats and a hedgehog! I’m pretty flexible and almost always have time in the mornings and in the evenings after 4 to stop by and check on/walk/play with pets. I am happy to housesit during the week or on weekends. While housesitting I am happy to make time for daily walks and try to be attentive to when your pet needs to go out. I’m very flexible and try to leave every home as I found it or better! If your pet has toys I will always engage in play time and try to keep them happy and entertained.

My soul dog passed away 2 years ago, and I provided senior care for him from when he was 8 to 13 along with hospice care before his passing. Since he passed away, my partner and I have opened our home to 2 rescue cats. I have experience with medication administration for both cats and dogs. I’m a newly graduated optometrist, and will only be working 2 days a week over the summer. I am available nights and weekends and on any day I am not seeing patients! I have a large home with a yard for play. The yard is not fenced, so all play will be with a long leash and completely supervised!
