About: I’ve had animals since I was five and when I was 10, I started doing dog walking and dog sitting for friends and neighbors I also started taking care of my grandmother whenever I was 16 I must spend my week playing video game watching. I’m just hanging out around the house with my animals. Sometimes I will go out on the town to do something. I take them out for walks feed them and make sure they’re comfortable in their house. Also ask questions about the animal if I need to know anything.

I also have dog sat for neighbors and friends all throughout high-school and a few times so far in college! I’m currently in school but my schedule does allow for daily drop-ins or staying overnight! About: I have had dogs in my house since before I could walk and currently have a puppy of my own, she is a French bulldog, Boston terrier mix. I have volunteered at different animal shelters in the Jackson and Starkville area, taking the dogs for walks and playing with them. I always look forward to taking care of all animals, whether they are new to me or not! :) I am currently studying and taking classes for nursing school, however, I am more than capable of waking up early and coming by to check in whenever I need to. Additionally, with enough notice I could schedule in visits with my daily plans I can easily leash up pets for daily walks and follow whatever instructions are given to me to ensure the safety of your pets. My priority will be your pet’s safety.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life, I am also experienced with farm animals (including large animals) and some exotics (specifically birds and rodents). I am currently working at an animal hospital and am applying for vet school soon. I am also a member of the American Kennel Club and have experience with animal behavior. I would love to take care of your pet! I am a student at Mississippi State and work Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. I do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date. About: Hey everyone! I work at The Dawg House playground and salon, and over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of working at three veterinary clinics. During my time at the vet clinics, I learned valuable skills like bathing dogs and cats, trimming nails, and administering medication when required. About: I have been sitting on Rover for about four and a half years and for both dogs and cats of ALL ages, particularly high-energy puppies! I work at State full time Monday - Friday. I am able to be there full time on the weekends and can come home during lunch time for potty breaks. I would keep your home clean and leave exactly the way I entered it. I will make sure that food/objects are not within reach for curious pets.

About: Hello! I have been a volunteer with the Humane Society since 2018 and have experience doing all sorts of things! I have overseen meet and greets with new owners, fed/watered dogs on a schedule, cleaned yards, walked dogs, watched over playtime in the yards with multiple dogs, dealt with puppies, trained puppies, handled senior dogs, and handled cats as well. I went through orientation and training in order to be in this position at the shelter, so I have a good understanding of animal behavior and treatment. I also have two dogs of my own back at home and have been around dogs my whole life. (I’m okay with snakes too, I’ve had one of my own). I have been a pet sitter for family friends as well and have been told that they love the way I care for their babies! I am an avid animal lover and plan to become a veterinary surgeon. I am currently at Mississippi State University in the pre-vet concentration of my animal and dairy sciences major! I am home from college for the summer, so my schedule is super open! I work part-time and shifts are only about 4 hours, so that leaves me plenty of time to give your pets the quality time that they deserve! My own dog is super active and she gets walked for an hour in the mornings, another shorter walk mid-day (weather permitting), and then another hour long walk in the evenings with plenty of play time in between! I will send daily updates and photos if you are away from home and I am doing drop in visits! I know that when pet parents are away, pets can become lonely and feel left out but I am here to make sure that they have fun and have a happy time! I have such a great passion for helping pets and will treat your babies like they’re my own!

About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years. I have had 1 mutt, bull mastiff, 3 boxers, ferrets and cats. Currently I live with my husband and two daughters. We have two lovable boxers and two cats. I would love to care for your animal. I am dependable and trustworthy. I go for walks several days a week and thoroughly enjoy them and your dog will too. I Feel very comfortable with all different breeds and enjoy playing with them. I have a spacious house with a fenced in yard. Our boxers are very loving and have never been aggressive. They play well with others. Our younger boxer daisy is best friends with one of our cats. We have an older cat that just ignores everyone.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. They are an absolute joy. Friends have trusted me to look after their pets many times, and their pets absolutely adore me just as much as I adore them. I believe in giving pets ample love and attention, as well as activities so they get exercise and they're not bored. I do not work my full-time job on weekends, which gives me the opportunity to give my undivided attention to your fur baby. Although I work during the week, I will take breaks to check in on your pets and allow them to take potty breaks. I am happy to have dogs in my home, or keep them company at your your home. I will keep them active by going on walks and visiting the dog park, if that is something you think they would enjoy. I do not have children or other pets, so your pet will be 100% safe.

“Very gentle with my little chihuahua whippet mix. By day 4 of walks he was very excited to see Alexis when she arrived for his walk. Unfortunately, weather was so miserably hot outside, longest walk was only about 20 minutes. Shortest about 12 minutes (paid for 30 minutes walks). I would definitely use her again! About: I work at Shaggy Hound where we treat your dogs just like our own. I take care of dogs from 3 months to 17 years old. I can administer medications and keep them on a regular schedule. About: I trained my old and current dog and now she is ESA certified. She’s exceptionally well behaved and listens to commands very well. I spoil her with treats and play time and I would risk my life for her like I would for yours. I take my dog out 4-5 times a day to play or use the bathroom. I feed her twice a day and give her plenty of love and attention. From belly rubs to wrestling. I would treat any animal I sit like mine. I keep an eye on them 24/7. I watch them outside so they don’t eat anything that will make them sick. I don’t let them chew on anything that could be dangerous.

About: I have base access! So if you need a sitter on base, I’m your girl! I live off base, but I’m on base almost daily for pet walking and drop ins. I have 5 years professional experience working with animals in a kennel and working with pets in my home, but I was also raised around dogs, cats, chickens, goats.. Pet sitting is my calling. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I offer walks and I also do drop in visits where I allow your pet to use the rest room, feed and water, and administer medications if needed. I used to offer in house boarding, house sitting, and daycare, but with a newborn I no longer have the space or availability. Availability wise, I'm avaliable 24/7. I only have 2 trips planned for 2023 due to a baby shower out of state (June 30-July 2) and a cruise for my anniversary (Sept. 30-Oct. 10). Other than that, you can always count on me to be there for your fur babies. Due to having a newborn, I no longer offer the availability to do daycare or boarding. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I hope you understand. I'm more than happy to work something out when it comes to walks and drop ins though.

About: I am almost 30 years old, I’ve have had dogs my whole life growing up and then I had a pit mix, a Doberman, and another pit and currently have a blue heeler! I have taken classes to learn how to best interact with all animals! I’m currently going back to school to become an equine massage therapist and would love to help out as many people as I can while I’m going back to school! I also have a 4.5 year old little girl! She is in school until 3pm everyday, I do not mind having her with me if you and your baby (dog, cat, etc) is ok with her! I currently work on a farm part time so my availability is pretty flexible! I am in and out of Starkville and Mathiston daily between work, daughters school, and home!
