“We cannot begin to tell you what a breath of fresh air it was having Marie care for our 2 babies! She is super thorough, went above and beyond what we could’ve asked for or expected. Our 2 cats absolutely loved her and were excited to see her at each visit, refreshing bc they don’t usually do well with new people right away. We will absolutely be booking with Marie again in the future for other trips out of town. We felt super comfortable with her instantly from the moment she came to do a meet and greet with our cats. One of them requires insulin shots twice daily and it was no problem what so ever for her. We cannot express our gratitude and thanks for treating our babies so wonderfully while we were away!”

About: I've been a cat owner for most of my adult life. I have always loved dogs as well and will keep your pet safe and happy while you are away. I have plenty of time to play, care or walk your pet. My schedule is open most days and weekends are not an issue for me. I would prefer to do drop in visits, or walks around the block. My cat is friendly, but not accustomed to other pets. I could let her be in her own room if needed. I do have a nice back yard but it is not fenced in.

About: I've grown up with a yorkie (family dog). Within the last year I adopted a dog of my own. He's a black lab/australian shepherd mix who has become my best friend. He's unfortunately living with my parents for the summer which is why I'm hoping to hangout with some furry friends! I'm currently in Peoria to train and play soccer! I'm hoping to start a part-time job soon, but I'd love to hangout with some pets and help out some owners in the meantime! I cannot care for pets at my apartment because it does not allow pets, but I am open to other options! I love going on walks and staying active!

About: I have a lifetime of experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes as well as 8 years professionally training dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds and temperaments. I train basic and advanced obedience, working dogs, service animals and more. I am confident and comfortable caring for dogs that otherwise might be difficult for others without experience in the behavioral field, while keeping safety at the forefront of every interaction. Additionally, I have 5 years of vet tech experience, giving me the ability and willingness to care for pets with medical problems, senior pets, pets requiring medication or pets with special needs. I have owned and cared for farm animals for much of my teenage and adult life, allowing me to offer care for pets outside of the home such as bovine, horses, goats, pigs and chickens. I provide pet care and training services full time, year-round! I am available for last minute requests and can handle care for pets with special needs or behavioral problems- keeping safety for both parties as a priority. My home is set up for the care of pets. I have several rooms for dogs of different temperaments and preferences as well as multiple fenced in yards to allow for play times and potty times in small groups or individually as needed. In the summertime, morning bathroom breaks are longer to allow for plenty of playtime before it gets too hot outside. We provide at LEAST 4 bathroom breaks throughout the day. During peak heat hours, outside breaks are shorter. Once things cool off in the evening, I provide another longer playtime outside. Not every dog cares for or does well with other dogs so temperament testing will be done before they are free to play with the others. All dogs are supervised when out at all times. Dogs in my home will be kenneled for bedtime or if I need to run a short errand (groceries, doctor appointment, private training lesson with a client, etc.) Care in the client's home will be discussed before the job starts. Everybody has different preferences and I strive to provide the best care possible for pets while owners are away!

Safety and care are top priority and of coarse undivided attention. Your pet(s) would be well taken care of as if they were my own. I know how much fur babies mean to the family. I enjoy playing and taking dogs on walks. I'm very patient and don't mind helping to potty train or assist in learning commands for the younger ones. About: I have been working in vet med as a tech/assistant for the last 3 years. But I have always had animals my whole life that has lined me up to know how to take care of them and to point out if something is wrong with one of them. I make time for all of the babies. Their needs and wants always come before mine. As I was once told I feed and spoil them better then myself. I make sure they have all the clean water and food that they need and the vet care that’s needed to make sure they are as healthy as can be.
