About: My household has always had a furry friend in it since the day I was born from small ankle biters like Chihuahuas to hefty cuties like my current Bully Pit that I can safely wrestle in some horseplay. Puppies, seniors, we don't discriminate 'round here! I don't mind getting my hands dirty and have small experience in clicker training younger pups along with an energy to match whichever personality I'm given. A boundless Collie? We can play all day! A sleepy old Bassett? We can chill with some TV. I'm not above being put to work either. Give me a litter box to clean. Give me medicine and I'll make sure it's getting swallowed. Toss a cat my way as well why doncha? I worked as a cat caretaker during my fall and spring semesters in Auburn University, as well as own a lovely kitten named Autumn, so having a feline to shake things up would be a nice treat! Trust me, my hands have a good pain tolerance. Beyond that, I know it costs major bucks to look after your pets. Or pay someone ELSE too. Sometimes a week stay for a pet can run up to $500! That's why you come to me. I offer affordable rates because I'm more concerned with the passion than the money. I have multiple pets of my own and I know the chip they can put in my wallet just from vet visits! So I won't let it get in your way! 🤠 I've graduated happily from Auburn University with a degree in Animal Sciences and am settling into a new job. This means that while I'm happy to take on new clients, my schedule is sporadic as it's determined on a weekly basis. It also means I will be gone for many hours at a time. My current work schedule and thus how long I'd be busy for July 28-Aug 3 is: Mon: 5-9:30 pm Tue: 4-9:30 Wed: 5-9:30 Thurs: Free Fri: Free Sat: 1-9:30 pm Sun: 10 am-7 pm Safety is a non-negotiable when it comes to our furry friends. Just like I do with my own pals, I stay by them at all times when outside and encourage their attention with toys or loving scritches when they're not doing their business. If push comes to shove, I am capable of safely wrestling an overzealous dog into calming down or tightening the 'ol leash if need be. With cats, responsibly scruffing rarely fails. Inside, unless stated otherwise where they're allowed to park themselves, I stay with my little friends on the floor and can crate them if specified to do so when it's bedtime. If they're free roamers, I let them tag along where I go! Except the kitchen. I also welcome animals who require daily or periodic medication. Bear in mind I charge $10 per day of administering medication, and it would cover all required meds for that day. Rest assured your friend will be taken care of!

Probably more consistent than I am normally. Usually by the time I get home his infection has gotten worse and requires a lot of attention to get it back under control. But this time he was his usual self when we got home!”

About: We are a recently retired couple with 50 years combined experience raising children with a variety of pets. Now we have a loving, playful rescue dog that gets our full time attention. We are home all the time. We also engage and play with our pets all the time. We have plenty of toys to keep them amused too. Our large back yard is fully fenced and safe and clean at all times. We constantly clean up debris. We monitor playtime and meals to make sure they are safe at all times.

About: I've raised several puppies into adulthood throughout my life and I have experience in dog sitting that I have done for friends and family through the years. About: I've cared for puppies, senior dogs, heart worm positive dogs, escape artists, professional nappers, mouthy labs, big mountain dogs, small spaniels, dogs with a daily grooming need and dogs prone to needing bathed. I love dogs of all kinds and will follow care instructions to the T to ensure any dogs I watch are safe, loved, and given the best to maintain their health. I work part time and have a flexible schedule - even on my busiest days our six pups aren't locked up for more than 5 hours. My husband and I joke that one of our hobbies is dogs. With our large backyard, our dogs get about an hour or more in the morning, midday, and again in the evening to play, sniff, and lounge outside - not to mention any additional potty trips or sniff breaks they ask for throughout the day! We have a large fenced in backyard with a playset, outdoor furniture, and a kiddie pool set up for the dogs to use. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and bed, and we have a spare bedroom we turned into a dog lounge space. We have crates to keep our younger or more mischevious dogs safe when we leave the house and have additional crates for medium and large sized dogs that come stay with us. We can also set up your own dog(s) crate(s) in a separate room if your dog needs a quieter environment. We do have 6 dogs that range in size from 50-75 pounds - they loved cuddles, chasing each other around the yard, and stealing our spot when we leave the couch. None are toy or crate/bed posessive and we separate the dogs while the eat so the speedy eaters aren't tempted to steal the others food!

About: I love to watch pets! I grew up having pets and they bring such joy and comfort to anyone they are around. I had dogs growing up, but when I got my own place I decided to get cats. Every pet is amazing, and I enjoy taking them on walks, going to the park, and giving them extra cuddles. I treat every pet the same, no matter the size or age. I welcome all and I am excited to spend time with your pet, and learn more about them. I’m easy-going and flexible pricing. I am a stay at home mom, so I am home almost all day with the pets! I am available for weekends, and most of the time on short notice if you’re visiting and need someone to watch your pet/pets for a few hours! I make sure they are comfortable with me, and I let them walk around my home to get a sense of the area. If it’s in your home I do the same thing with making sure they are comfortable with me. Once they are comfortable I will give them the best care, and make sure they gets lots of love!

About: I have had pets my whole life. Love all kinds. I have house sitted for a week recently with 2 dogs. Young or old, they'll be safe in my care. I have plenty of time. Work is slow and not stable. Hoping adding this to the list would supply an extra source of income but I clean for homeaglow and that's usually a couple hrs a day for maybe 2/3 days a week. I help a friend with his landscape business but everything I do is flexible and I would work around your schedules.. While in their home they would do what they normally are used to and as for mine, I would make them comfortable and safe as possible. Crate them if needed...
