About: A pet is more than just a pet, they’re a part of the family. I’ve had many dogs over the years, so I understand how deep that love runs. I treat all pets like they are my own, and with over 15 years experience, you can be assured that your pet with be well taken care of. I am blessed to be able to own my own business, therefore work from my own on my own hours. Pet care fits into my schedule because it’s always been the highlight of my working day, and therefore I put as much if not more energy into taking care of your furry friends as I do my own. In our house we are all equal, and that includes pets. Your pets will get endless love, play time, exercise, and attention as needed. I am happy to make accommodations to suit your pets special needs, so that they are happy, comfortable and enjoying every minute.

“Makayla was amazing during checkers (my cats) stay with her. She was so sweet to him and made him a home away from home. She sent pictures every day and updated me throughout the day. I will definitely book again.”

“Kyia did amazing with Kila! Even though my baby is not a baby anymore she can be a sassy old girl. She was great with her. Her report cards were great to read while I was on vacation (and the pics too).”

About: I have had a profound love for animals since my childhood and it has always been a dream of mine to work with animals. My family fostered dogs and cats of all ages, shapes, and sizes from our local humane society consistently throughout my upbringing along with owning multiple family pets as well. Both of my parents were flight attendants who constantly traveled for work so I have a considerable amount of experience caring for pets while their primary owner is away so you can rest assured that your pet would be in good hands. Rover is my full time job so I will have plenty of time to provide all the love and care your pet would need. I am enrolled in an online tech university for a veterinary assistant certificate that I have morning classes for on weekdays. Weekdays after 12pm and weekends I am free to work and can do my classes in the morning at your house if I'm providing overnight care for a pet if needed. I will create a safe environment for your pet by giving them food and water in the amount and frequency you specify. I will also make sure they have plenty of exercise by walking them and playing with them as much as you would like as well. Making sure your pet is well feed and hydrated, happy, healthy, hygienic, and loved are all top priorities of mine to ensure your pet is as comfortable as possible. If you have any specific requests regarding enrichments or medications I am more than willing to accommodate to those needs as well.

“She was definitely a delight to have watch over our fur babies! Not only does she take good care of our babies and send us good pictures, but you can clearly see our babies enjoyed her company. We will definitely be using Ellen again in the future thank you, Ellen.”

Nathan is a life saver, who not only helped me at the last minute but also took excellent care of my 2 boys. He gave updates with photos of my babies every day and also went above and beyond to help them be comfortable. Thank you Nathan and family, you are what keeps a company (Rover) in business.”

“Danielle did an amazing job with my cat Snuggles. I’m very grateful she was there to help out. She sent lots of pictures and did everything perfectly! I would definitely recommend her :)”

About: I have a 6 year old German shepherd and 3 cats who were all rescue animals and who I love more than anything in this world. I believe all animals are your children and shouldn’t be treated as animals. They deserve the very best! I used to dog sit all throughout college just for the pure love I have for all animals. I would love to be able to watch your babies. I am able to take them for as many walks as they need and can give them all the cuddles and love they deserve. I am also willing to help bathe or take them to dog parks if needed. I won’t bring my dog around either unless they love to be around other dogs. I would prefer to meet your babies before I watch them just so they can get an idea if they’ll like me or not! Looking forward to meeting your pups♥️ I work from home so I am able to adapt to any of your dogs needs. This can include multiple walks a day, a beach trip, a dog park trip. Let me know! I do not have a fenced in yard but there is a small dog and big dog park in my neighborhood! I also have a porch that my babies like to sit on for hours

“Kaila visited my kitties as promised and tried very hard to get them to come out of hiding so I could see pictures of them. Everyone was well fed and watered and were non-stressed when we returned home.”

About: I've grown up with a yorkie (family dog). Within the last year I adopted a dog of my own. He's a black lab/australian shepherd mix who has become my best friend. He's unfortunately living with my parents for the summer which is why I'm hoping to hangout with some furry friends! I'm currently in Peoria to train and play soccer! I'm hoping to start a part-time job soon, but I'd love to hangout with some pets and help out some owners in the meantime! I cannot care for pets at my apartment because it does not allow pets, but I am open to other options! I love going on walks and staying active!

“John did a great job taking care of my cat. He even went an extra time to my house to check that she had enough water during that very hot spell. He also sent texts and pictures. Thank you John, I will be hiring you again.”

“Caitlin did an amazing job watching our pets while we were away! We have a small zoo and she took it all in and cared for everyone just like we would have! She sent photos and videos frequently and everyone was happy and healthy when we came home. We will definitly call Caitlin again next time!”

Tyler W.Star Sitter
“I can not think of a better outlet for Tyler’s loving, gentle, connection to animals than a job that has him giving hands-on-care for people’s pets. Tyler was an only child in the house for the majority of his youth and I think that shaped his sensitivity to the needs of animals. We as a family fostered many cats and dogs through the human society for many years, and Tyler was the one who would feed, walk, and socialize with the many animals that made their temporary home in ours. Our fostering ended the day a 3 legged, toothless cat came into our family. The first night Nala was in our care, Tyler commented that he wished she had all her legs and teeth and when I asked him why, as she could do everything an intact animal could, he paused and said, “maybe she’s supposed to teach us something”. Indeed, they do. They teach has love. And Tyler has that love for animals.”
