About: I have 3 years experience working at Petsmart, where I was able to handle a wide variety of dogs (and cats!). I recently moved here from Houston where I was a professional cat sitter for over 5 years, and I still work as the company's administration now! In 2017, I used Rover for the first time for a year or so before landing my professional cat sitting job. I've always been a huge pet lover and take pride in my knowledge of different personality types and moods of dogs and cats. I couldn't imagine life without a pet (or 5!) Being a Manager for Petsmart, a professional cat sitter for all of houston, and a pet owner, myself, I believe I'm the best candidate for a dog walker/sitter! I understand that our dogs are treated as our children and it's very important to the pet parent to make sure they are taken care of in very particular ways. To add to my experience, I've house sat for many friend's in the past and am always recommended to take care of pets of all kinds! Other than dogs and cats, I have personal and professional experience with, birds, small animals, reptiles, arachnids, and fish! I'm currently Administration for Supurrior Cat Sitting, a professional sitting company for the city of Houston. I moved to Bainbridge back in August. Since I work from home, I have tons of free time! First and foremost, safety is my priority. I'll be sure your pet has plenty of food and fresh water, and that all doors and/or enclosures are secured. I know how exciting the outside world can be! I will always make sure harnesses and leashes are secure before we have outdoor play time!

“David did a great job with my cats while we were gone. My cat needed medicine each morning and David made sure it gone done! He even came to our house beforehand and learned about what to do. Thanks David!”

“Excellent job - sent nice pictures every day”

“Seanna provided exceptional and highly professional service, which Bella thoroughly enjoyed.”

About: I have 25 years of experience owning and operating a small homestead farm. I’ve had cows, donkeys, goats, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, dogs, and cats. I’m happy to take care of your animals! I am a full time teacher in town. I can be free by 2:30 PM to take care of your pets. I can also arrive at 6:30 Am To do am routine. Since I am a teacher, I am off in the summer. So, I am about to be fully available any time of day for June and July. I can take care of your pets according to your specific instructions. Dog walks, letting them out in the yard, playing with them, snuggling them. No problem

About: I have had a dog with my dad forever. I help take care of him. I take care of my friends dogs when she is away. I am working part-time. I can walk or check in before and/or after any of my shifts when you need me. I am free most of summertime, especially in the summertime. I will feed the dog, take them on walks, give them their medicine, and make sure there is no droppings around the house and if there is I will clean it.

About: I work at FSU (as a 9-month contract faculty), so I'm totally free (full time at home) during the summer. I love dog and I have owned one small dog 'Sadie' since 2013. She is very friendly, enthusiastic and gets along well with other dogs in our neighborhood. Sadie likes walking, so I take her to a walk twice a day in the mornings and in the evenings. I'd like to extend my love to your dog, especially for those who don't have the privilege to take care of their dogs full time. I have a large fenced yard. There is beautiful grass almost everywhere in my neighborhood. I can follow any directions given, and send updates throughout the day if wanted. If you are curious about the dog sitting time lapse in the past three years, that's because we had a baby daughter in the year of 2000. She is now 3 years old and she is a dog lover as well! The other reason is that our dog Sadie was paralyzed and we had to spend a lot time taking care of her. Fortunately she has been recovering very well and now she can walk normally (sometimes with a sling support on her back) as happy as she is always. We have learned how to take good care of a special needs dog. I'm currently on my summer vacation (as a 9-month contract faculty at FSU), so I have plenty of time to play with your pets and take good care of them as I do with my own dog - Sadie. I have a large fenced yard with a large covered patio and a very friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. With four bedrooms and a large sunroom, I can easily crate your pet or put in a separate (private) room if needed.

About: I’m a RN with a special love for animals of all shapes, sizes, species. I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, from the teeniest, tiniest of pups to the biggest, slobberiest, and furriest. I have experience in dog walking, pet sitting, and medication administration. I worked for a veterinarian during my high school years and am experienced in administering medications in a safe and effective way, if needed. I’m a registered nurse who is relatively new to the area. At the moment, I am available most any time of day. Morning or evening, let me know what works best with your schedule and needs. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs of my own who are the epitome of friendly, social, and loving. We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is perfect for long walks.

“You will not find anyone better to watch over your pets while you are gone. Jakharia is amazing and trustworthy. She communicates flawlessly and she will care for your pets as though they are her own. When I leave my two cats in her care, I leave feeling at ease because I know that they are in good hands. I have left a review for Jakharia before but I needed to add that she is the crème de la crème of rover’s pet sitters. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“Faith was amazing!! She took care of my leopard gecko while I was gone over winter break. She knew exactly what to do and gave me many updates. Highly recommend!!”

In Clients’ Homes: • Familiarization: Before the sitting period, I conduct a meet-and-greet to understand the pet’s routine, behavior, and any special needs. • Emergency Preparedness: I gather essential information, including veterinary contacts and emergency procedures, to handle unforeseen situations effectively. • Respecting the Home: I adhere to the client’s guidelines regarding household access and pet areas, maintaining cleanliness and security throughout my stay. During Walks: • Proper Equipment: I use sturdy leashes and well-fitted collars or harnesses to maintain control and prevent escapes. • Environmental Awareness: I stay vigilant for potential hazards like traffic, other animals, or environmental dangers, adjusting routes as necessary to ensure safety. • Weather Considerations: I assess weather conditions, avoiding extreme temperatures and ensuring pets are comfortable and protected during walks. By implementing these practices, I strive to provide a secure, trustworthy, and nurturing experience for every pet under my care.

“Danielle has rescued a variety of pets from frogs to dogs and everything in between. But her favorite is her 70lb Collie/Dalmatian fur baby Dolly. She's great with our Chihuahua as well so I'm confident that she can handle dogs of all sizes. She's very flexible, patient, and loves taking pictures and showing the pups having fun. She has worked at a large retail PetStore and I always feel confident with the advice she gives for products or care if I have any questions. Dani is more than a dog sitter; she's family! She's like the favorite Aunt that spoils the kids but is still respectful of any requests I have. My dog is always more excited to see Danielle than she is to see me! I don't trust anyone else. ”
