About: Hi! I've taken care od dogs since I was 9 years old. I treat dogs as my own kids. We are a family living in Davis and enjoy long walks on the green belt with our furry friends. I will follow all your special requests and send you updates and pictures. I can't wait to meet your dog! I currently work part time from home and have plenty of time to spend with the dogs. I am very responsible and guarantee your pet will be in great hands :) I do live in a house with have a secure fenced yard. My dog is a friendly boy but I am able to separate them in case of problems. I don't use cages if you do not ask for it. My experience administering medication I can administer oral medication. I can also administer medication as per your i structions.

Anneke is responsible and trustworthy regarding schedules and specific needs of your pets and happily cares for them the way you would. She has watched our dogs, one with special health needs, numerous times, and we always come home to happy and healthy animals that have been loved on and exercised based on their individual needs. She also loves to be outside and will willingly throw a ball and play tug-o-war with your furry friend. You and your fluffy family members will be delighted to have her around!”

About: Grew up with dogs, own a dog, am a dog; major puppy energy. I treat dogs like people, individually caring for them as they need it. No dog too big or too small. I work from home, so my own dog gets several walks a day. I also work on my own schedule so I am available throughout the day. I am available for longer walks on the weekends too if your furry friend prefers out of town hikes. Safety of your canine companion is top priority. I have trained dogs before, and am careful to follow instructions. I'm experienced with larger dogs that pull, and generally walk on the Davis green belt to avoid traffic. If boarding, I have two couches (big dog beds) with covers if your furry friend is allowed on the furniture, otherwise floor beds will have to suffice for them. I also have dog gates to separate rooms as needed. We can use the crate if your dog finds it comforting. Dog toys can be provided, along with fetch and walks on the Davis green belt.

“Sherry and her husband Larry boarded my 2 dogs, Louie & Joey for 4 nights. This was my first Rover experience and it was very positive. Sherry responded quickly and offered to have my dogs over for a meet and greet, which we accepted, we met Sherry at her home, her two dogs were there as well and she let my dogs, Louie and Joey get familiar with their home and backyard. Sherry was very easy to communicate with, via the Rover app and I received 2 picture updates of my fur babies while I was away. I really enjoyed the fact that they are retired and home most of the day to care for all the dogs they are boarding. When I dropped off my dogs there were 5 other small dogs already there. They have a good system of getting dogs in and out of the house without causing too much excitement for the other pups. Louie & Joey will be staying here again in the future.”

She is super nice, respectful and defined shows Molly the love we would. Molly shows happiness and is very cheerful when she sees mayra which totally tells you the bond. She's a total pet lover.”

“Clyde was boarded for a week with Kathleen on New Years while we were out of town! She did an amazing job keeping us informed on how he was doing and sent lots of pictures throughout the trip! She was very vigilant in asking us how we have trained Clyde and what we do to curve some of his bad habits; she used the same training techniques that we use so it wouldn’t confuse Clyde. Kathleen also has her own pup (Honey) who played with Clyde the whole week. He came home super tired and beat (which is rare for him). The following days after his visit were also a joy because he still listened and followed most of our commands/routines. Usually when we leave him at my moms, he comes home and acts differently (bad) because she lets him get away with so much. Overall, Kathleen did a great job with Clyde and we will definitely be having him boarded with her and Honey again!”
