“We have a sweet, older (almost 14 years old), lovable (of course) dog. She gets anxious when left alone and so her main need is company. She prefers people to other dogs, but gets along well with small dogs (she is submissive and timid around larger or aggressive dogs). Richard and Susy (and their son and their 3 small dogs) were the perfect match for our dog. They are obviously caring dog lovers who gave our dog tons of love and attention. We got frequent text and photo updates. We could see in our live and text conversations with them that they are very earnest about their dog hosting responsibilities, wanting to do their best by the dog and its owners. We highly recommend them as dog sitting hosts.”

“This is the 2nd time we left Cookie with Janeth. Janeth is am amazing sitter. She sends us photos and videos throughout the stay and we can tell that she truly loves dogs and treats our Cookie so well. Pick ups and drop offs are very easy and Janeth responds quickly.”

He made us feeling comfortable by sending daily pics and videos and went the extra mile when we had an issue at the moment of pick up time (Alejo brought Ciccio to us along with all his stuff). “Dayne is great, she took our little jester boy on a short notice and did a fantastic job. He is normally a nervous dog but her warmness made him feel very comfortable and have a pleasant stay. Best of all, my fur baby was exhausted from having too much fun when we got back home. This was my first time using rover and Ricardo exceeded all of my expectations, will definitely book again!”

“Christina was amazing!!! This was our first time leaving our dog for a full week and she made the experience great. Our Mila can get anxious away from us but Christina gave her lots of love and attention and she was having a blast very soon. We got great daily updates with pictures and videos and we really felt like Mila was being treated like a member of the family. We loved that she had multiple pets there at once because it allowed Mila to spend her days being social while still being allowed to cuddle on the bed at night! We’re definitely planning on turning to Christina in the future when we’re out of town. Mila had a blast at her mini vacation and we felt assured that she was happy and healthy the whole time.”

My boyfriend and I had a trip to Europe and our original dog sitter has a family emergency and had to cancel last minute and if that wasn't enough our pup Walter got injured the morning we were set to travel to the point we were going to cancel the whole trip but they reassured us they could handle the modifications needed and not to worry about a thing. saying they went above and beyond is an understatement.
