About: I’ve loved animals since I can remember, as soon as I could I started at our local animal shelter, then I started pet sitting for family and friends. I was the go to pet sitter for when they were out on vacation and it was an honor every time! My availability is Tuesday through Saturday, and I’m free all day anytime. I have the time to take care of your pets needs when they need it! For care in my home I have a medium/small sized dog they can socialize with as well as walks every hour. I have all the free time for animals, their needs are important to me!

8. Kelly C.
“Kelly is truly amazing at taming our cats. we have 3 cats and 2 are really scaredy cats. Kelly managed to get them out from under our bed on the first day. After the first day we were able to feel all the love Kelly gave our cats through all the photos she sent us daily. It really made us feel great and not to worry about our babies during our trip. Kelly is a true cat whisperer.”

About: I've owned and cared for animals, from horses and sheep to dogs and snakes, since childhood. Experience in senior care, puppy training, and special dietary needs. I work from home and shape my work time and lifestyle around being able to stay active periodically throughout the day. The ability to essentially work from anywhere that has wifi grants me the flexibility to be present with the animals I my care. Outdoor play time and exercise, companionship, and daily hygiene and grooming. I also have the option for separate feeding spaces when boarding pets with food aggression.
13. D’Anthony B.
“D’Anthony has been an incredible help with the care of our Dane, Sabine. D’Anthony is one of the nicest, most genuine people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. He is timely, courteous, and trustworthy. We (and Sabine) adore him and wouldn’t use anyone else to watch Sabine. D’Anthony is a wonderful communicator who lets you know what’s going on and that really helps put our minds at ease when we can’t be home. Truly a class act.”
14. Ivan B.

About: I am new to Rover through friends and other sites have now done many housesits with dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, and more! For me, there is nothing better than getting to spend the day between online work sessions throwing a ball or going for a walk around to explore with the best canine companion. I have lots of experience adjusting to different dogs' routines. I mostly have experience with smaller dogs, though have cared for the occasional one bigger dog at a time. I try to connect with each animal under my care and make sure they are comfortable, attended to, and loved. I have raised my own dog, Violet, from Day 1, so I am experienced with puppy care. I have also cared for several senior dogs and really love taking the extra time with them, whether a slower walk, attention to a skin condition, or extra attention to food and medication. I work online teaching literature and creative writing, so I am around all day, taking the occasional few-hour trip out to run errands or go to appointments. I have lots of flexibility to adjust to any dog's usual schedule and make sure they have attention and my presence. I have always worked hard at leaving a light footprint when I housesit. I am very aware of leaving things how I found them and honoring each person's space. And I follow that for pets as well -- sensing into their routines and habits and fitting myself into that flow. I especially appreciate any written instructions or routines to refer back to and will make sure I am carrying out each person and animal's expectations. I also make sure to send regular photos and updates and will promptly share any concerns or questions. For now, I'm available for drop-in visits or walks and also for housesitting, but only for owners and pets who would be open to having another dog -- my 26lb dog Violet -- in their home. She has been on many housesits and does well with animals of all kinds. I make sure to ease them into the situation and spend time with each dog separately. Violet basically ignores cats, so we would be open to any dog-tolerating felines.

I am available for up to two drop ins per day seven days a week. I usually stay 20-45 minutes per visit to love on and take care of your pets. We have a wooded home with no fences. 19. Christopher E.
“Christopher is my brother. He loves his pup Mango more than anything in this world. He has raised and cared for many dogs throughout the years. He is great with them. Very patient and loving. He understands exactly what they need and how to provide it. Whether it be extra playtime to burn off some energy or a cuddle on the couch to help with separation anxiety, he will do whatever it takes to make your dog feel at home. He has watched over my Moose (German Short-haired Pointer) many times and Moose absolutely loves him. I would highly recommend Christopher for your pets needs.”
20. Morgan T.
“Morgan is the most conscientious pet owner/animal lover that I know! She treats every dog and cat as if they were her own. Pretty sure my cat Mort loves her more than he does me. And my mom trusts no one but Morgan to stay with her cat Beni when she takes multi-day trips. Morgan also sends pics and videos to you while you’re away, which are very comforting to receive😊 In short, I wouldn’t hire anyone else, my family won’t hire anyone else, and my neighbors gush over how happy their dogs are when Morgan cares for them! If you’re seeking someone to truly CARE for your beloved pet, Morgan is available, hire her, you’ll be so happy you did!”
