“We had a great experience with Rachel. We really appreciated the comprehensive meet & greet and we could tell right away she wanted to make sure Chewbacca was going to be a good fit and be able to thrive while in her care. Chewbacca got to spend time with a bunch of other doggy friends which was absolutely great for him. Rachel sent many videos of Chewbacca participating in structured activities and we could see he was having a great time on his “vacation“. We would definitely contact Rachel again to care for Chewbacca.”

Unfortunately our dog has an extreme amount of anxiety and did not have a good first night away from us, but Kristen could not have been more understanding. She reassured us he was doing better as the week progressed and continued to work with him to make him as comfortable away from home as she could. I think any other sitter would have called us and asked us to pick our handful of a dog up, but not Kristen. She went above and beyond and we could not be more grateful.
