“Alexis was awesome. I got in a bind right before Christmas vacation and I completely forgot about my dog boarding. Like most smart sitters, Alexis normally requires a "meet and greet" first, but was agreeable to Loving us book and meeting Rupret but I dropped him off. I stay for 30 minutes to make sure that he got along well with her dogs and vice versa. I was a little nervous because Rupret was barking a bit, Alexis was competent and calming. I was only an hour away if anything came up, and a few hours later, I got photos of Rupret sitting on a cushion staring out the window hanging out with all the other dogs. Alexis has a little bit of a smaller home, but a nice fenced in backyard so the dogs can get out and play. She saved me in a bind during a busy holiday weekend, she exercised care and competency, kept me updated with photos and even bought Rupret Xmas gifts! I have nothing but good things to say except if you're on the fence, book Alexis. Thank you thank you thank you!”

Her communication was impeccable throughout, keeping me updated with timely messages and sending me pictures of my Bentley blue🐶 enjoying his time there. It was evident from the photos that my dog was having a wonderful time – so much so that I questioned whether he even wanted to return home! The care and attention provided were top-notch, and it was heartening to see how happy my dog was during his stay. “Jacqueline was a fantastic sitter for my little guy - Chip. She was able to do a meet and greet before I booked her and has a really nice fenced in yard and allowed Chip to sniff around and meet her dog so that when it came time to stay, he was already familiar. She almost immediately sent picture and text updates after I left to let me know how Chip was doing and what their plans were for the day. The next morning brought more updates and when I asked about extending Chip's stay for a couple extra hours, it was no problem. Jacqueline is super nice, flexible, attentive to her guests needs and only boards one dog at a time which was perfect for Chip and his anxiety. I would highly recommend her and will be using her in the future.”

“There’s not enough superlatives to describe the job done by Tove and Gerald. From our first discussion to final pickup, they were attentive to our wishes and some of the special needs of our dogs. On top of just ensuring regular needs were met, they took our dogs on walks, taught them to use a doggy door, and provided us with photos/videos of the dogs while we were out of the country in order to provide us piece of mind. We cannot recommend Tove and Gerald enough!”

This was our first time using Rover and we were a bit skeptical at first but after doing a meet up with Pam and talking to her, we felt more than comfortable leaving our doggies in her care. She was fast at communicating and even sent a couple of pictures of our fur babies, keeping us updated the whole time with our trip.
