About: My rates vary depending on how many pets, if I stay all day and how far away you live. Shoot me a message and ask! I grew up with dogs and have had cats for 25 years. I have both volunteered and worked as a dog/cat sitter and hiked groups of dogs for a year. I am a teacher working from 7:30am until 3pm with summer and holiday breaks. I can come for a morning walk before school but will typically need a 1 day notice. I currently have weekends off. Please feel free to reach out – I may be willing to negotiate on the number of dogs I board or walk. It will largely depend on age, training and behavior. Thank you! I am happy to follow explicit instructions to care for your pet to keep them comfortable and anxiety free. I enjoy playing with them and their toys and brushing them.

“Kelley is fantastic, she's very thoughtful, true professional, and her place is just beautifully set up for dogs. She was very proactive with communication and took a great care of our our Golden girl Lu. At pickup, Kelley had all the doggy dishes, toys and bedding freshly washed, packed and ready to roll. Lu had a great time, made some new puppy friends over the weekend, and she even got a complimentary nail trim! We will be back for sure 🙂”

“Wow Clifford lives in a large beautiful home out in the middle of woods and it is fantastic for my retriever and terrier. He has a fenced in large back yard and the dogs can go in and out all day. He kept me up to date with pictures numerous times a day. You can tell that Clifford really loves animals and she will take care of your pups. About: I have been training dogs for 25+ years and show my dogs in conformation, hunt test, rally, dock diving, etc. I have a vast knowledge of animal husbandry and first aid, and specialize in medium to large dogs. I currently show and train dogs, so I fit my boarding and pet sitting into my schedule easily! I can usually accommodate last minute bookings as well as holidays. We live on a private road on 7 acres. There is 2 big fenced dog areas that dogs are supervised in. Our creek is usually flowing nicely during the spring for the dogs to enjoy as well!

I could tell when first meeting her that she had a warm heart for dogs, and through the regular updates she sent I could see that our boys were fully welcomed into her home (including treat time and snuggles on the couch with other family members). She took careful note of our feeding instructions for one of our pups with a sensitive stomach to make sure he had a good stay (which he did). After their time with Mikey, I’m sure that our dogs thought they were the ones getting a vacation! We would happily book the boys again for another stay with Mikey.”
