She was watching my dog during this last snow event and not only did she reassure me because I couldn’t get back in time (plane cancelled) that she would gladly keep her as long as needed she went to the store and bought more of her dog food as I didn’t send enough. Also having never boarded my dog before, I was nervous about the service as well as turning my fur baby over to someone I had not met or even talked to. Demetria took my request and picked my dog up, and Simba took to her right away. She kept me informed and sent me texts, pictures and videos almost daily. She put my heart ❤ and mind at ease. She is a sweet, loving, and caring dog person. She will forever be my sitter.”

He made sure that Roxy was comfortable and at home with him at his house. He sent me regular updates regarding Roxy so I never needed to worry. “Nicole is extremely kind hearted, caring and patient when it comes to people and animals. She is my go to whenever I need someone to pet sit (I have two huge black German shepherds that most people are terrified of) and Nicole is amazing with them. She asks questions to make sure she knows their needs (which is greatly appreciated) and I know my pets are always safe and happy in her care. She actually noticed my older dog was favoring his one side more, and because she noticed it I was able to get recommendations and a script from my vet for joint supplements/medication for management and prevention of arthritis/pain. My dogs love her and so do I!”
