She provided updates throughout the stay, including pictures and videos, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that our dog was not only well-cared for but also genuinely enjoyed his time there. The house was clean, secure, and had plenty of space for play and relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend Joanna to anyone in need of a dog boarding service. We are incredibly thankful for their flexibility and the outstanding care they provided. He hand feeds my pet, makes sure he has enough potty breaks, and follows instructions clearly. He also seems to have a genuine love for animals of all types; my pet easily warmed up to him.
