“Our first experience using Rover and Matthew has set the bar very high. Matthew was very responsive and flexible while we coordinated our plans. He took great care of our Australian Shepherd while we we off visiting Legoland. He sent an update during the day and will send as many as you’d prefer to receive. Highly recommend him and will certainly contact him again next time we are visiting the area.”

“Scottie's stay with Kayli was wonderful!! He frolicked in her beautiful, fenced yard with other like-minded pups and had a comfy bed to retire to at the end of the day. Kayli also sent me pics, videos and updates via text. Scottie will definitely return to Kayli's care the next time we are in the New Paltz area!!”

“Pam and her husband were accommodating, communicative, kind, and overall amazing sitters. My normally nervous chihuahua settled in quickly and was given lovely accommodations for her food refusal during her stay. I’ve never used a sitter outside of my family but Pam was a perfect fit for Pippy! I got frequent updates and photos which were always appreciated. I would love to have Pippy stay with them again. “First and foremost I must say that Alison and Jason are God sent. I was at a critical time in my life where I recently lost my only child and became the sole owner of our 7 yrs old Pit Bull. I had to go into the hospital to have a procedure done and was completely stressed as he is all I have left of my daughter and he has never been boarded. Leaving him in a kennel was out of the question as I knew he would feel as abandoned and stressed as I was. I found Alison and Jason on Rover, I met with them and immediately felt comfortable with leaving him in their care. The were kind and compassionate and gave me peace of mind I needed to get through my stay at the hospital. They kept me updated on his progress and sent lots of pictures of him interacting with them and other dogs and cats and he looked happy and content in all of them. My hospital stay was extended a couple days and they graciously accommodated by extending his stay. I don’t know what I would have done without them and thank God for putting them in my life in my time of need. I will DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to all pet owners. “Christine is such a sweet person and took great care of our girl ❤️ It was our first time leaving Lexi somewhere overnight and I felt very comfortable, knew she was well taken care of and loved. Lexi is usually very timid around men but she warmed right up to Christine's husband which says a lot! I received updates with the cutest pics and videos. Already planning Lexi's next stay with Christine 😁”

“Absolute peace of mind through the entire experience. This was only the third time with a sitter and second boarding my Whiskey dog overnight; but never have I felt as content as when he was with Judy, her wonderful family & beautiful home. Was able to completely enjoy my vacation knowing he was cared for as one of her own. I really can’t thank her enough for what that contentment was worth to me. To top it off she’s so nice!!
