About: With 16 years of experience caring for my own dogs, I have successfully potty train them and taught them a variety of commands such as stay, come, and roll over. I even taught my dog to open and close a cabinet to access their treat. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, creating strong bonds, and ensuring their well-being. As a young retiree from teaching with 16 years of experience, I have a flexible schedule and ample free time to care for your K9 family member. I'm available for boarding, walking, and playing with your dog, ensuring they receive attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. My open schedule allows me to cater to your pet's specific needs and provide them with the love and care they deserve. When caring for pets in my home, your dog will enjoy the company of my friendly, small Maltese female dog. I have dog toys and ample house space for play, as well as a fenced-in yard for safe, off-leash running and exercise. After walks, I rinse your dog's paws and pamper them with a touch of pure, natural lanolin for comfort. Your pet will be well-cared for and enjoy a loving, safe environment.

Michelle took very good care of my cats while I went on various trips over the years. The longest time was last year for 3 weeks when our family went on vacation. She made sure the cats had plenty of water (hot summer) and food, and checked on them regularly. I really appreciate her taking good care of my cats.”

I have dedicated my life to taking care of fur babies for over 6 years now! I began my start in the pet care industry by volunteering at the shelter. Afterwards I began training dogs to reduce the number that end up in the shelter due to reactivity. Now 6 years later I have opened up Merced’s first Barkery (pet cafe) where I offer doggy daycare, boarding in home pet sitting, check ins, a cafe with a doggy play place and so much more! Not only am I happy to take your pet into my home with open arms, I am lucky enough to have access to an inside play place where they can run free and socialize with other dogs without getting dirty and at the end of the day they can come cuddle up with me when they are all tuckered out from playing. Of course I can also accommodate the couch potatoes who like to sleep all day. Either way you can rest assured that I am ready and willing to give your dog the love and affection that they need with absolutely no time left unattended! How can I promise that? So even if something comes up last minute, I work with various independent pet sitters in a facility that provides in home check ins, boarding, and even provide transportation to pet cafe, dog parks, vet appointments and much more! You can rest assured that your pet will be safe and well cared for by seasoned professionals! Nonetheless, I will take your pet everywhere with me and make sure that they are given the attention and love that they deserve! I usually go on my morning walks and then head off to order my coffee and the baristas know by now that my order always comes with a pup cup! Since I own my own business my schedule is very flexible. I do check in and run errands throughout the day but this allows me to bond with your pet and gives them a chance to get out and about!
