She was watching my dog during this last snow event and not only did she reassure me because I couldn’t get back in time (plane cancelled) that she would gladly keep her as long as needed she went to the store and bought more of her dog food as I didn’t send enough. “It was Gunnar's first time going to Mary & Casey's house but it will certainly not be the last! He was so well cared for the week we were away. He's a big boy with lots of energy, and he absolutely loved zooming from end to end their spacious fenced-in back yard. He's also a very social dog but because of his size he can be intimidating. Mary and Casey handled him so well and he enjoyed lots of play time with other dogs. I was so happy to receive the pics and sweet videos of him playing "hide and seek" with the other dogs. Thanks for a great stay!”

I contacted Demetria, extremely worried about the care and happiness of my pet. Also having never boarded my dog before, I was nervous about the service as well as turning my fur baby over to someone I had not met or even talked to. Demetria took my request and picked my dog up, and Simba took to her right away. She kept me informed and sent me texts, pictures and videos almost daily. She put my heart ❤ and mind at ease.
