“Kaylee and her family were phenomenal with our dog Harmony. We've always put our dog in a kennel when we're out of the area but have never had her stay at someone's house, so I was a little nervous. Kaylee quickly addressed any concerns I had prior to Harmony's stay. During her stay, Harmony received nothing but love and attention! Pictures, videos, and messages were sent throughout her stay and I was at ease knowing how well she was being cared for. “Kelly was absolutely fantastic! She loved on my French Bulldog like she was her own. Great communication — she sent me daily photos of what my dog was up to. Kelly’s dog quickly befriended my dog. Plus, her home is clean, has a doggy door, and a fenced-in yard. It was absolutely perfect for my dog. My Frenchie is also in training, and Kelly kept up with her training. Thank you, Kelly!”

“Mayra took awesome care of my pup while I was off island for several days! My Marlee is very shy and took about a day to fully warm up, as it was her first time being away from home overnight. Mayra was super patient with her and let her adjust on her own time. Mayra also sent me photos of Marlee every day, so I could see how she was settling in. That was so thoughtful, and really set my mind at ease since it was Marlee’s first time overnight trip ever. I will happily leave Marlee with Mayra anytime we need a petsitter! Marlee had a great time with her and we so appreciate the quality care our fury baby received.”

She also provided us with daily updates and photos which we appreciated. There was an issue with our dog not wanting to eat the food that we had sent him to her with but she was kindly able to accommodate him by providing him with her dog’s food which ended up being a quick fix and that was very nice of her. I would recommend anyone looking to board their pet with Lovina to do so.”

Further, she took the time to provide Brodie with support and attention pertaining to his daily activities! She ensured that he took his medication on time, each morning. She also allowed Brodie to interact with her family unit - which includes her beautiful dog Precious. Triana went above and beyond to make sure Brodie had enough food to get through the week (via trip to PetSmart). She walked him, and provided him with stability in our absence.
