They were very kind and thoughtful through the entire stay and sent us a lot of photos and updates throughout and also reached out with questions to help make his stay more comfortable. “This was my first time using Rover and I could not have found a better pet and house sitter!! Emma was absolutely amazing! I was so nervous about leaving my babies, (an 8yo dog and a 2yo snake) but Emma could not have been more comforting and wonderful, keeping me updated and sending photos and videos often. She was very gentle and loving with my babies, I know they were well loved and cared for while I was away and with good company. On top of it all, my apartment was well taken care of and squeaky clean when I came home! My expectations were exceeded in every way, I cannot thank Emma and Hannah enough!!”
