Their fenced-in, lush green yard, complete with a variety of dog toys, immediately reassured us. We were warmly greeted by their adorable mini Aussie Shepherd, Bowie, who quickly became fast friends with our dog, Dale. Meeting Ann and their other two friendly doggies only reinforced the welcoming atmosphere. The easygoing nature of the household made drop-offs and pick-ups effortless. Dale returned home pleasantly tired from a day of play, without feeling overwhelmed.”

“Eti is absolutely amazing. We were in Asheville for a basketball tournament & she was super flexible with our drop off times & pick up times. She is so kind. I knew in talking with her over the phone that Daisy would be in good hands. Daisy went to stay with Eti 3 days during the day, I picked her up every night. Every day when I took her back she got so excited to see Luka (her dog) and Eti. I knew Daisy felt safe and happy when she gave Eti a kiss. If you’re in Asheville and get to have Eti as your dog sitter consider yourself lucky! You & your doggie will be so pleased & happy”

About: I have a corgi named Zeppelin who is crate trained, but prefers to snuggle with me most of the time. He is super outgoing and good about respecting other dogs boundaries. I've spent most of my life with family border collies and my last dog was a 16 year old husky. I'm extremely familiar with intelligent dogs that need stimulation. I also live half a block away from a private, off-leash dog park where your critters can run free (provided they aren't huskies, the fence isn't THAT tall!) I've trained herding dogs for most of my life and am prepared to keep them happy and tired. I work full time from home, so I am always available for sniff walks and outside trips, as well as cuddles and love whenever they need. My dog Zeppelin will be very excited to have a dog friend, even if it's just for one night or a few. Your critters are welcome to snuggle in bed with me at night, or they can curl up in the safety of their crate. I keep lots of toys and puzzles around my place, and we love a good game of fetch here!

“Maria has watched my dog Arty several times, and if you ask him, he would give her 10 stars! I can tell he really likes it there by the way he gets so excited when he realizes he’s there for the day! I get several pictures of his play day once a day, and sometimes a cool video. A great way to stay in touch with your pet while he’s away during the day. Maria’s French bulldog Stella is a very intelligent, tolerant dog, and is now Arty’s best friend! I would highly recommend Maria for pet watching in her home and boarding.”

“Kristie was just wonderful! We were visiting the area and needed daycare for our Shih Tzu, Sushi. As soon as we met Kristie (and her own Shih Tzu, Brody), we knew Sushi was in a loving, happy home. We were delighted to see that there were a few other small pups staying for the day, so Sushi would have lots of playmates. Kristie updated us during the day with photos, and just as we suspected, Sushi made himself right at home. We highly recommend Kristie and Brody!”
