1. Hayley G.
“Haley did such a terrific job with our grumpy GSD & hyper husky-mix! They both warmed up to her quickly.. and getting their little “report cards” at the end of each walk was so incredibly reassuring, it made being away much easier knowing that they were in good hands. We will be continuing services with Haley in the near future!”
2. Dennis B.
“Dennis did such a great job taking care of our two sweet, but higher needs kitties! One of our cats needs medication daily that she does not enjoy to say the absolute least and the other needs constant pets 24/7. Dennis did such a great job of compassionately making sure our kitty received her medicine each day; he also made sure the other kitty was showered in attention. I felt very comforted and reassured that our kitties were in great hands!”
3. Sarah S.
“Sarah has a heart of gold for most animals, and her dog Ramsay is proof of that fact. She house sits for us while we are on vacation and cares for our cats ( now deceased) and our dog Samson ( Black Russian Terrier - who left us 2 years ago) and now our dog Kai. They have been well cared for and exercised. And given lots of affection. Sarah is not just a fair weather dog walker, she gets them out for exercise every day !”

About: I love being outdoors and hanging out with dogs! I just recently raised my Vizsla back home and would love to take care of your pup. I’m also a big trail runner and would love to go on a run with your dog! I can’t care for cats though because of cat allergies :’( I work full-time but am still able to make time to hangout with your dog. Even better if they’ll love going outside with me after work or on the weekends:) I love dogs so giving them kind care will not be a challenge. And I would be more than happy to respectfully housesit while looking out for them.

About: Currently enrolled in the Animal Behavior Institute, and have been house sitting since High School! I have many established homes already in need of my care, but hope to use Rover to fill in the gaps. I get along with all animals, big or small - yes even birds and rodents! PLEASE NOTE: I have a child who joins me in our mission to make animals happy and healthy, in their own homes. If your pet cannot participate with children, please find a different user. But I assure you she is better with animals, than I am! She has joined me in this journey for the last 4 years and loves every moment of it I work your standard 8-5 office job. If you are able to find a friend who can assist with afternoon bathroom breaks, I will be able to do the rest! We will accommodate to all feeding and walking/outdoor schedules, and groom your pet as needed. We will clean up after ourselves by the time your return, and even clean your home in the process! We like to consider ourselves as an established part-time maid in the process of also being a house sitter :)

About: I’m a dog parent of a 3 yo husky mix who keeps me busy. She’s more social than I am, & most days, I’m chasing her around trying to keep up. I like to bike, ski, and play in the mountains, and it’s pretty easy to add another pet into the mix of our high energy lifestyle. Dog sitting was my first job, and I’ve had great experiences with Rover as a pet parent & a sitter I work full time, but I take an hour lunch break every day for dog walks. A typical day starts with a 30 min walk in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, and another 30-60 mins in the evenings. Love to take the dogs hiking, or out to one of the beaches in town, or up on a hiking trail. I have a friendly dog at home, & I require a meet & greet before overnight stays to make sure the personalities work together. Please bring a crate with you if your pet is used to having their own. Please also bring or identify whatever toys, treats, comfort items they can’t live without.
19. Tory R.
“Tory is awesome. She sat for my mostly healthy cat and old aging special needs dog many times. She has extensive experience as a veterinary technician, and I've watched her care for her own old/sick rescued dogs with incredible medical knowledge and compassion. I would trust her with any pet, including those with any behavioral challenges and/or medical needs. Tory is truly an animal whisperer.”
20. Kamryn G.
“Kamryn’s a very trustworthy and kind individual. She’s got lots of experience with dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and tempers. I trust her with my pups often, and she does amazing! They love the time out while i’m away, and always come back ready for a nap!”
