During his stay she communicated with us quickly and was very responsive thru out his visit. She sent us a few pics and he seemed really happy. She also went above and beyond to drop him off at the end of our trip since our schedules didn’t work out to pick him up.”

She kept me updated with his daily routine and also sent pictures for assurance.
