About: Hi, I am a mature, quiet, easy going single woman who loves animals. I am 70 years old, I’ve owned horses for 37 years and I grew up with dogs since childhood and have owned dogs in my adult life as well. I have done pet/house sitting for many years and have had no problems with anyone in my care. I have given shots to a diabetic dog, meds in a dropper to a cat and pills down the throat of many a dog and cat. I have an easy going approach and there isn't too much that ruffles my feathers. Dogs always like to sit on the couch with me to watch TV at night...LOL. I have 37yrs experience with horses and taking care of them and their barns. I’ve also helped my dog groomer friend by bathing, drying and clipping the hair inside their paws. If you have any questions or need additional info, feel free to ask. Why I love pet sitting/walking I was raised with dogs, had them after I got married, then got a corgi after my divorce. While married, I confiscated the family dog because I did not feel he was getting enough attention at my family's home. I did some Flyball and agility with my corgi, Geraldine who passed in 2013 at the age of 15. Walking a dog gets us both out and about and it also tells me a lot about the behavior of the dog, their reactions to people and other dogs as well as strange noises. I love their personalities and their antics and watching them play with other dogs. The same applies to horses. Being around them helps me get to know them and their personalities and eating habits I’m currently retired so I’ll have plenty of time to play/walk and work with your dogs, play with your kitties and spend time with your horses. I do not have a fenced in yard so walking your dog is best or taking them to a dog park. I’d care for them like they were my own. I would also stay at your home if needed so that your pet can stay in a familiar environment. If you have horses, I could stay at your home as well and take care of them as well as taking care of your barn and stalls.

About: I'm always available to sit and or walk your dog. I am very affectionate towards animals. I absolutely adore them. Every dog owner should know that their pets will be loved, provided for and taken care of. I have a lot of free time so playing with them and keeping them entertained is something I look forward to. I do send photos and videos quite frequently so you can know how your pet is doing on a daily basis. Most of my experience with pet sitting comes from taking care my friends and family members pets and from volunteering at an animal sanctuary. I have developed responsibility and learned quite a lot about dogs that way and now I'm looking forward to using that experience professionally. I’m adaptable and very flexible with my schedule perfect for those who need a last minute sitter. I’m also very willing to pet sit for longer durations if need be. I also enjoy exercising so I’m available for dog walks up to an hour or more if the owner requests that. There's a nice bike trail perfect for dog walks so no complaints here. I have a fully fence yard so your pet can run away and enjoy the outdoors anytime as often as he/she wants. From his complicated feeding and dietary schedule, to his extensive medication regimen, he is definitely not an easy pet to take care of. Katie followed my instructions to the letter. Not only providing my Frenchie with the most patient and compassionate care, she also cared for my geriatric kitty and younger dog. When my pets need a sitter in the future, I would not want anyone else to care for them. I would recommend Katie for anyone who needs a pet sitter ,but for those who have brachycephalic dogs or those with special needs, she will provide them with specific care they require and go above and beyond for them!”

About: I’ve had a house full of pets since I’m a little kid. Currently, we have three dogs, eight cats, a bird, and two frogs. I have experience working on a farm, at an animal hospital, and in a kennel. Overall, I simply love caring for and being with animals. Since coming to college I have found I really miss being around animals all the time! The majority of my classes are Mon, Wed, Fri from 10-3. Not available on Tues 1-4pm. If you are willing to potentially push your time earlier or later by an hour or so if necessary, I’m happy to help! I cannot offer pet sitting in my own home since I live in a dorm. In your house, I will follow whatever guidelines are offered to me and make sure your pet is cared for.

About: I have had dogs for as long as I can remember. I currently have a fox red lab, and 4 grand doggies who have all stolen my heart.
