“Jamie was absolutely phenomenal. We are new to the area and were worried about our first trip away, but Jamie had no issues at all with our instructions, dealing with parking for our apartment, or working with us on the best schedule for our kitties. At the meet and greet beforehand, she was friendly, professional, and reassuring. She was amazing with our animals and somehow managed to break our shy one out of his shell (cats just know when they see a good human!) and sent us thorough updates with lots of pictures, which really helped us feel less anxious and enjoy our travels more. Trusting a stranger with your home and the wellbeing of your pets can be difficult, but Meghanne made me feel so at ease from our first time meeting through her last visit. She took great care of our three cats and bunny, including our elder diabetic cat who requires specific feeding instructions and twice daily insulin injections. She was obviously familiar with working with diabetic pets when she gave a first injection at our meet up. She was punctual for every visit and provided us detailed notes and several photos of our boys while we were away which we appreciated. She played with them, learned their individual personalities and habits, even made our very timid cat feel comfortable in her presence (not an easy feat!). Meghanne went above and beyond in her services. You can tell she truly loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. I am so thrilled to have found Meghanne, she will be at the top of my list for any future pet care needs.”

Donna made time in her schedule to take us as clients. Not only that, Donna came over to our home to meet with us and the cats on a very short time frame before we left. Without us even telling her, she brought our mail and any packages inside. Our cats and home was left in great condition and we were honored to have her. Truly a wonderful experience!!!”
