“Heather is kind and considerate with animals. She is always the first person I think of to look after Jellybean when we are leaving town if Jelly can't come. I know I can trust that Jelly will be fed, watered, walked, and cuddled under Heather's watchful care. She is wonderful with animals and they live her for it.”

“Laura is punctual, trustworthy and a lovely person. She walked my dog Pepper for years, you can tell that she has genuine love and care for animals and animals love her!”
3. Cory P.
“Cory is hands down the best dog walker. She has helped out many times with walking my 4 year old Aussie-mix. She takes her on hikes with great views and always sends photo updates of their adventures. It's great to come home to one exhausted pup after Cory has taken her out. Cory is dependable, kind and cares for my dog like her own. I could not recommend her more!”

About: I love dogs! I also enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I am in the process of training my own adventure doggo, but I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning walk, breakfast, mid morning hike of up to 8 miles ish, late lunch/dinner, evening walk or lake sunsets, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free reign) depending on your home routines. I would also be more than happy to take care of your doggo when you’re out of town. My doggo is my family, and I would be more than happy to offer my love and my home to yours while you’re away. I work as and emergency room nurse during the weekends, but I have four days off each week. Thanks for looking!

About: I can't think of a time where animals weren't apart of my life and family. I believe animals should be treated with the same love and respect as humans and that definitely shows in my care style. That's why I’ve chosen to become apart of Rover's community. I am the dog Mom of an amazing 5 year old girl named Mya who gets along very well with other dogs and would love to meet and play with yours. 🐶 I'm currently in the "shoulder season" of work so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pup! I'm available most days unless blocked off on my availability calender. I have a 4 bedroom dog friendly apartment and my own pup and lots of toys to keep yours entertained. I can also crate if need be.
19. Malea J.
“Malea did a wonderful job! I would book her again in heartbeat she communicates well is responsible, neat and sends some great videos and pics while you are away.”

About: I have taken care of dogs starting at 14 years old working for a doggy day care before moving on to a vet office for a few more years. Now I just dog/cat sit for friends and family. I am currently working a hybrid schedule giving me the flexibility and time to take care of pets. I only go into the office three days a week and those times are flexible. This is a service I will not be offering at this time, maybe in the future if I am in a different living situation it will be something I can offer.
