“I had my friend who couldnt take care of my dog on the last minute and I had nobody until someone recommended Zhen who had so many good reviews. Just few days before I had to leave for a wedding outside Canada for 3 weeks, Zhen has accepted to board my dog. The whole time Zhen has sent me photos of Chase, our 7month old lab, constantly kept giving me updates (about how my dog was doing and also he took good care of him while my dog got sick, thank you again!) Zhen was super attentive, and he is the most loving, sweet and patient person. 3 weeks is not short, but having Zhen as our dog sitter, I couldn’t ask for a better person! I felt so at ease as if I know this person for so long. I also met his wife the day we went to pick our dog, very loving person as well, we had exchanged greetings before we left. I am so glad we found him through Rover. He will also give you some advices (since he trained a lot of dogs many years) thank you again we will come back for sure! :) Definitely recommend him!!”

“Mar and Gabriel were fantastic. I must have been one of the most nervous people to use Rover and leave my baby boy behind. I honestly considered cancelling my vacation! But as soon as I reached out to Mar and Gabriel, I was put as ease. They were both understanding and reassuring of all my concerns and really collaborated to make sure both I and my pup felt as comfortable as possible. They are quick to answer and responsible, and doing a meet and greet with them put me even more at ease. We kept in contact up until I left my pup as they showed genuine care for his care instructions. When I left I felt that my baby boy was in good hands. Mar and Gabriel kept me updated with pictures, videos and video calls. I was able to reach them when necessary and all went smoothly. I would certainly recommend them to take care of your fur babies! They are truly nice people who love animals and want to provide the best experience they can.”

They created safe spaces around the house for him, calmed his fears by taking him on long walks and made sure he got lots of love and treats.
