“Amy was a great communicator and provided plenty of updates throughout the weekend. I appreciated the chance to meet with her ahead of Ernie's visit to make sure it was the right fit for everyone involved. Ernie was pooped after I picked him up and clearly had a great stay with her!”

“Joe & Lily were very good to Kobe. Flexible with arrival and departure. Loved that they were very communicative and knew when I saw Kobe playing with the other pups he was having a good time.”

“Alberto and Chance took good care of our dog while we were on vacation. Meet and greet: Had some scheduling issues but went well once scheduled. Listened to recommendations as our dog can be a difficult greeter, and it went excellently. Intake: Asked lots of good thoughtful questions, somethings I hadn't even thought about. Finn was left in good hands. Stay: Sent lots of pictures and complimented our dogs behavior, and reassured us he was doing well while we were away. Pick-up: I think there were some communication challenges that occurred due to unexpected circumstances so I cannot reasonably deduct a star for that. However if we had a firm pickup this may have created some challenges. I imagine this was a fluke but wanted to share incase it becomes a trending issue. Overall went well and will consider re-booking in the future if it works.”

“Kathy was very nice, and easy to talk to. She provided care on pretty short notice to my baby Winifred, and treated her amazingly. She was very honest about care for Winifred, and let me know at the end of stay any troubles or accidents my demon caused her. My favorite thing was her sending me pictures every day! It made me feel very secure about the health and welfare of my pup!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Mary and would highly recommend her!! She boarded our dog in her home for nine nights. She was extremely responsive and flexible, and sent lots of pictures with our dog playing and going on walks to his favorite places. We could tell how much she enjoys animals. “Hannah.is.outstanding! This is a long story, but Sunny was initially boarded with someone else and we were out of the country. During Sunny's stay she developed a bug (I think she got into something) and had SEVERAL accidents. That border couldn't keep her, and she was moved to Hannah. Hannah picked Sunny up, took tremendously good care of her (she was sick and now scared/nervous), and communicated with me all along the way. Hannah (and Rover staff!) really made me feel OK and treated Sunny with tremendous love. I absolutely recommend her and will use her again for boarding. Thank you, Hannah (and your fiance, too!).”

“Jack couldn't have been happier during the week we were gone, except if he had been home with us. He got along great with Valeria and her pups, was well fed, and got plenty of exercise and attention. Would recommend highly to anyone whose dogs needing boarding will get along with dogs already in the home, not least because Valeria and her husband were extremely pleasant to deal with. Using her service again in the near future for a business trip with no qualms whatsoever.”
