“It was a pleasurable experience working with James, from first contact for 4 nights of boarding, to the pick-up of our 12 week-old puppy whom we entrusted with James after a positive first impression over a video call and subsequent meet-and-greet with his family. James sent regular updates and photos and displayed tremendous care and concern for our little one throughout the stay. Our puppy was in great hands with James.
