I was a little scared to use Rover for the first time and have someone watch him because I consider him a high maintenance dog but he absolutely loved Janie from the meet and greet all the way until the last visit. Janie had such great patience when it came to Mancho’s care instructions and his high energy. Her communication was great! She sent pictures, videos and detailed notes after each visit which was very reassuring that he was in great hands! I will definitely be requesting Janie in the future whenever I am in need of someone to look after Mancho!”
