We never have to worry when we leave Piper because we know she will be loved on by everyone- especially their sweet kids! “I have to admit I was very nervous leaving my dog, Zeus with Robin when we went on vacation. However, Robin was great with Zeus. She texted, and sent pictures of Zeus daily. She put all my fears to rest soon after I left, Zeus with her. If you’re looking for someone to give your dog unconditionally love while you’re away, Robin is who I recommend. I know I will be using her services again in the near future. Thank you again, Robin for taking such great care of Zeus while we were away!!!”

“Riley is simply the best dog sitter you can search for. She is conscientious, organized, responsive, and she loves dogs. It is without reservation that we give the highest rating for Riley - again, simply the best!”

Katina is absolutely amazing! She takes great care of our dog while he’s there and he comes home happy. Katina is very communicative and provides a great environment inside and outside for our dog. We always feel comfortable going on a trip when we leave our dog with her. I highly recommend Katina and her facility!

Came into town to Charlottesville for a weekend golf trip, Jessica stayed with my pup to ease his anxiety while I was away in an unfamiliar area. She was GREAT with him by playing with him, talking him for lots of walks, keeping him constantly occupied to help keep his mind busy while I was away. She hand fed him when he wasn't eating & she kept in constant communication with me the whole time as well & sent me pics & videos all throughout. Thank you Jessica!!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
