I’m currently in grad school online for education. On work days I am still available for walks every four hours. I wake up early to give immediate love and attention to pets. In New York, I served as a Manager at a Doggy Daycare for two years, and after relocating to Colorado, I held a similar managerial role at a Doggy Daycare in Longmont. Following the closure of that business, I transitioned into a managerial position at an Animal Hospital, further broadening my experience in the pet care industry. I am committed to treating your pet with the same care and attention I would give to my own, ensuring they feel loved and well-cared-for while you're away. I'm currently working from 7am-12pm and then I go back to work from 1-6pm Monday through Thursday as a Supervisor at an Animal Hopsital. Some days I may work 10-6pm and 7-9pm. I am able to provide exercise for your animals during my breaks or check in on them at that time, then spend the night after work. Feeding schedules may need to be modified but I assure you I will take care of your animals like my own! I also do have 2 kitties of my own but I am able to work around schedules to accommodate. I love to provide an enriching time for your animal in your home. My favorite thing to do is bring your dog for a long enriching and stimulating walk in nature so they can explore all the smells and sounds on their own. I also always send a few pictures to owners each stay/walk to make sure you stay updated with our activities.
About: Having grown up with dogs and cats I’ve been around them my entire life. Adopting a dog about 6 years ago has changed my life for the better. Adopting a pregnant cat was quite the experience! Happy to go on walks, have play time, administer medications including shots, and just cuddle with cats and dogs. I’m currently a full time student, all online, so my visit times can be very flexible. I have no set schedule for classes, and can schedule around other appointments that may come up. I’ve worked in Caretaking and property management for about a decade, combine that with having multiple cats and a dog I know how it can feel to be away from home and wondering how things are going. About: For the past 22 years I have learned to raise, train and care for dogs from all walks of life. I enjoy the simple outings, to a very adventurous day in the forest with trails, water, exploring with new scents and varieties every minute of the day. And I still love to taking care of senior pets. As an addendum, I enjoy working with aggression issues. Whether a dog comes from a home or from the Shelter I have been able to help them become good citizens through spending time in nature. With my dogs as their guides they learn to run, explore and gain confidence by spending time in a natural and non threatening environment. With other dogs they are taught that they are no different from any other dog. They sense there is nothing to fear and that they are just one of a large pack, a pack that exists no matter where they go and one that they fit in with. About: I have owned pets since I was a kid.. from cats and dogs to birds, turtles, ferrets and even rats! My currently lifestyle of on and off traveling does not allow for me to responsibly keep a dog or cat so I’d love to adopt yours for the day, week, or month! I am pretty available throughout the week unless there is a work conflict. Currently no day is out of question. We can discuss further in chat. The ideal situation is for me to drop by your place and be with the pet in the environment that it is most familiar with. Separation anxiety is real and it’s harder when the pet is also in a new area. I will provide plenty of walks, playtime, & love of course! About: I’ve grown up with big dogs and small dogs. I currently live in a barn with fenced in areas. I am more than happy to host your pet at my property or I can travel to yours. I am looking to help others when I can. I am currently working full time from 8am -5pm Monday thru Friday. I am mainly free in the evenings or all day on Saturday and Sundays. I have fenced in areas on our property where your pets can be free to run at their own desire as well as enjoy the fresh air instead of being cooped up in a house for a long period of time.
