“Chasity was wonderful! She was very flexible with my constantly changing schedule, and she welcomed Bingo with open arms. Bingo seemed to really love running the backyard and playing with a buddy. She was also very responsive with any questions I had.”

“Our boys had such an blast with Kaylee, Paul, and Bluebell while we were on vacation!! Kaylee was so communicative and flexible and sent us tons of pictures throughout the week! By far the most comfortable and happy they have been with a Rover in a long time❤️ They already can’t wait to go back!!”

“Gunner has an absolute amazing time here. I felt so comfortable leaving him. Once I got there he still wanted to go play with the other pups, which is unlike him. I will be a repeat customer as long as they will have us.”

“They did a great job with out two Dalmatians! They seemed very happy at their home. He sent us photos each day of the dogs and promptly responded when we checked in with him. I would highly recommend.”

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I’ve cared for 4 dogs and 2 cats of my own, and have experience pet sitting a variety of animals, including bunnies and fish! I feel comfortable giving medications and injections, so you can feel confident that your pet’s health is in good hands. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time for walks, hikes, short runs, and lots of attention. While you’re away, I’ll make sure your pets are well cared for (and maybe a little spoiled 😉). I am currently a student at the University of Wyoming, and my house is just a 5 minute walk away from campus. I have a lot of time and availability to bounce between the campus and my own home, or someone else's. I enjoy morning and evening walks, but since my schedule is so flexible, I'm happy to adjust to your pet's needs. I have a fenced yard and no pets in my own home (just away at my parents house while I'm in school). I am happy to let pets on the couch and bed, and enjoy playing with my own dogs in the backyard as well as taking them on daily walks.
“Christine and her husband took really good care of our dog for a week. She sent daily updates and pictures, and it looked like our dog had a good time. We really appreciate Christine’s prompt communication and willingness to look after our boy.”

“Aiden had great communication and is a competent caregiver! He asked pertinent questions about our dog to ensure he knew how to keep him safe and comfortable. He frequently texted pics of our good boy which was very nice. Will certainly book with him again if needed!”

“My husband and I were in the process of moving from out of state and needed a sitter. Chris went above and beyond to make our fur-kids feel welcomed and at ease during their stay with her. She consistently sent us picture updates, which brought great comfort to us knowing they were in good hands. She treated our babies like family and we will definitely be using her services in the future. Highly Recommend!!!”

“Lucy is so sweet and took great care of our pup. She sent pictures and kept us updated the whole time she was watching him. I will definitely be booking with Lucy next time we need a dog sitter!”

“Bailey and her husband were great! They were so accommodating and took very good care of Toby, they sent pictures and updates very often. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!”

“Page was very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. She provided updates during my 6lb dogs stay and followed all instructions for his care. He came back a happy and well cared for pup. Her little dog was a wonderful companion for him.”

About: I have been the neighborhood pet sitter ever since I was in high school (I’m post grad now so a very loooooong time). When I was younger I grew up on a farm and have always been surrounded by furry friends ranging from cats, dogs, chickens, horses, goats, cows, and even buffalo. I also volunteered at my local animal shelter throughout nursing school. Even though I have a wide range of experience with caring for lots of different kinds of pets, it’s cats and dogs I love the most. I love to meet new furry friends! I also have my golden retriever, Casper, with me if your furry friend is open to meeting him as well!! I work as a nurse here in Seattle. My schedule is pretty flexible. If you have any questions about my availability please don’t hesitate reach out. I value respecting your home and prioritize making your furry friend feel as comfortable as possible. I strive to foster a safe environment for you and your pet.
About: I have grown up around pets and livestock my whole life. I have always loved every pet and animal that has come across my path. I even am in school to become a veterinarian! I have taken care of other people’s pets, and always treat them as my own. Willing to give references if ever needed. I have my own pets; and growing up I had the opportunity to raise and care for many different animals and pets. Making my schedule work around the animals is something I completely understand. I have three classes and two labs at WCU. I am done by noon most days, with labs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2. This leaves mornings and evenings as well as mid-day completely open. I have a fenced yard and take my own, dog-friendly dogs, on two walks a day which vary in location. I usually try to play fetch at least one of the times we go out, and the walks always last from 30-60 minutes.

“Kamryn was outstanding and provided excellent care for Will, our cat. To best illustrate how amazing Kamryn was with Will, I will explain a couple things about Will. First, Will is very shy but also needy. Therefore, though it doesn't always appear so to an outside observer, he truly thrives on human interaction despite his shyness. He can actually get physically ill during our absences due to the change in - or sometimes lack of - human contact and socialization. Secondly, he is getting older, becoming somewhat of a senior kitty, and as such needs just a little extra care and attention from that perspective. Thus, one of the things we value most in a pet sitter is communication, and Kamryn truly excelled in this area. Given the two "Will traits" listed above, we particularly value communication, so (a) we can receive the per-visit updates (Rover cards) to get a concrete sense of his (hopeful) human interaction since he needs it so much, and (b) we can feel at ease that he is doing okay health-wise in our absence given that he is becoming a senior kitty. Kamryn provided amazing updates during each of her visits, so her communication was truly second to none and gave us peace of mind that he was getting both socialization and top-notch care. She always did the Rover cards, and was super quick in the back-and-forth messaging within Rover. Kamryn was not just communicative but extremely reliable - she always came on time for the full duration, and always processed the Rover cards. The second area where Kamryn was extraordinary was the socialization with Will - not simply from a communication aspect, but from the actual real and impactful interactions she had with Will. We have had a number of pet sitters through the years for Will, and frankly Kamryn did the best job ever at getting to know Will and getting him past his shyness. Usually, Will hides from people he doesn't know, and they don't ever get to know how much of a sweetheart he really is. With Kamryn, Will's tail was straight up in greeting when she would arrive, he led her around the house, and he let her pet him and scratch him all over - all unprecedented. In short, Will absolutely adored Kamryn. That has never happened with a "stranger" in all of his twelve years. In just a few short days, Will decided Kamryn was definitely not a stranger and it's clear that he wants to see her again! To have that type of skill with animals is truly talented and magical, and Kamryn has it in spades. We cannot recommend her enough!”

“Emily was absolutely amazing and took such wonderful care of my babies! She followed all of my (very detailed) instructions so thoroughly, which gave me so much peace of mind. I also really appreciated all the photos she sent! I will definitely be booking her again in the future!!”

About: I am a huge nature lover who has owned three dogs, a cat, and countless small animals over the past fifteen years. I enjoy being outdoors, so I will always be available to give your dog the right amount of exercise that he or she needs. There will be no shortage of fun (but safe) activities for your furry friend and I to do while we’re together. My interest in zoology, environmental science, and veterinary science has taught me a lot about how to properly care for animals inside and outside the home. Some skills I have acquired include First Aid, CPR, and administering medications. I take my own three dogs on two walks per day every day, and it took forever to train them to not go nuts whenever they see cats or other dogs— so I know how to handle dogs that may be hyper or difficult to walk. Through both my education and personal experience working with animals, I also feel very comfortable feeding, bathing, and grooming (brushing hair, brushing teeth, etc.) any pet.

“Jenna was wonderful. As Winston has gotten older, even a short trip makes me a little nervous. Jenna was super responsive to texts and extremely arrwntive to my dude. Along with the visit pictures, I knew Winston was being cared for and doted on in the manner in witch he had become accustomed. Thank you Jenna! Highly recommend her services to anyone in need. - David”

“Kevin was fantastic! It seemed that Tigger was pretty happy with Kevin as well. He doesn’t usually become an almost lap cat with anyone except my husband and I, but Tigger let Kevin join the club too. We came home to a wonderfully clean house as well. Kevin sent us photos and texts everyday to let us know how things were going. This is the first time we had left Tigger with anyone except family. We have already reserved Kevin to watch Tigger for our next cruise.”

About: I have experience caring for my own cat and my family’s dog while they have gone on extended trips (walking/feeding/playing). I really like to meet new animals! I would love scheduling a call, FaceTime, or visit before caring for any pets to see what they need. If I’m not the right match for your pet’s needs, no worries! While I do work a full-time job, it is remote and has flexible hours. This helps me care for pets with different needs and services. I hope to build an awesome client base now and continue with Rover as much as possible. While I love treating all animals as one of my own, I will always defer to any rules and wishes of the owners first and foremost. Safety is a top priority for me, so I like to meet with pets first, takes notes, and understand their backstory so I know what to do and avoid during their time with me.
“Hayley, I can’t thank you enough for all you did with my fur littles. It made being away from them so much better. I looked forward to the pictures every day! I appreciate your communication! You went above and beyond my expectations! You are amazing!”

“If you have cats and need care for them when you are not home, Casey is your answer. It is obvious she cares about felines and knows how to care for them. She came to our home to check on our three, sent pictures and made sure all were OK while we were out of town. Such a relief to have someone in the area that you can count on for care and check-ins.”

“Wendy loved having Sadie and she came back happy and fed. She also included pictures of her playing with others and loved the experience. Hope to use her again when we have to go out for the day!”

“GG had her second great day with Kylie and her Brits. She was doggy excited when we got there and snuggled up on the stoop with Kylie when I picked her up. She seemed happy and tired and a tired dog is a good dog. Kylie was awesome.”

About: Hi there! I'm a teacher who has extra time to spoil your pets this summer! I'll be moving away from Reno at the start of August, so I won't be able to accept any requests that are after July. I have two active pups of my own, Phoebe and Mabel, so if you're interested in doggy daycare, we'll require a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone gets along first :) I grew up surrounded by many animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, small rodents) and learned how to take care of them at a young age. Outside of my own family, I have house/dog sat for many families and friends with a wide range of animal care needs. I absolutely love giving animals the attention and love they deserve while providing the care they need. I know the stress that comes with leaving my animals in someone else's care, so my goal is to minimize that stress for you through frequent communication and updates on how your pets are doing. My compassion, attention to detail, and positive energy make me well-suited for taking care of your furry friends! Having the summer off as a teacher makes my schedule very flexible right now. This gives me extra time to spend with your loved ones! Your pet's comfort and safety is my top priority when in my care. I will follow all instructions carefully and provide them with extra love and attention. You can count on regular potty breaks, play time/exercise, and cuddles at the minimum!
“Jillian was absolutely amazing! My not so playful chill dog had more than a blast with her and her pups!! He’s an old man but today he went full puppy mode with her! He had the best time!”

“Perfect dog sitter! Very prompt with drop-off and pick up. Our dog is usually fairly stressed when we travel and she was at ease when we picked her up. It was good knowing our dog was in good hands when we had to be away. Highly recommend!”

About: I have experience with all different kinds and size animals. I grew up on a cattle ranch and competed in 4h. My family has never had less than 5 dogs at the house that ranged all the way from yorkies to, herlers to, corgis to, pyrenees. I own a mastiff/Dane/ Corso mix of my own who is the biggest gentle giant. So I understand working dogs and excited dogs and even lazy dogs. I think it’s important for our pets to have consistency with food schedules, walks, outdoor time, and night time routines to help them feel comfortable. I also grew up sneaking barn cats home and had to learn to tame them so I’ve experienced some pretty feral kittens who turn out being so sweet. Our pets mean so much to us. I am currently working part time and have a flexible schedule! I always have my phone on me and can make myself available especially incase of emergencies. I believe it’s important to make sure dogs get plenty of outdoor time and exercise, It’s also very important to me to keep pets on a consistent schedule to help make them a little more comfortable. Being a pet owner myself helps me understand how important our pets really are.
“Brittney was the absolute best! This was the first time I was leaving my puppy with someone new and she loved being with Brittney. She kept me updated all day and I felt super safe with Brittney having my pup all day. Will definitely be using her again.”

“She responded within minutes. We had an emergency where we needed someone to watch our baby girl for a couple of hours. It was a short notice and Christine saved the day. Thanks again.”

“I really appreciate having Lindsey as a sitter! I have an older dog who would get anxious to the point of physical exhaustion at other dog sitters and commercial boarding places. It got to the point where one time I went to pick her up and she literally could not walk. Lindsey has senior dog experience and is home most of the time, which gives me confidence that my dog will have someone around to keep her company and won't get too anxious or worried. She's also been helpful in working with me on getting my dog acclimated to her house and easing her into the new environment. I'm very thankful for having an experienced and caring sitter to look after my dog!”
