Personalized care for your dog or cat - Afton

“We had an amazing experience! She took such wonderful care of my two Golden Retrievers and treated them like her own. From the start, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly kind. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while I was away. My pups came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It’s obvious she truly cares about the dogs she watches and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend — 5/5 stars without a doubt! 🐾”

“Ivy had a blast, Rebekah is awesome! Highly recommend!!! We were frustrated by how limited we were in the national parks with our dog, so we decided she would be better off for a few days with a sitter and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. The beautiful property gives the pups so much space to run and play. Ivy got along well with Rebekah’s other dogs. They are all friendly and well trained, happy to have a new member to their pack. Rebekah kept us updated with photos of all the hikes, swims and play sessions over the few days she was there. Our kids wanted to stay and play instead of going into the parks… and they have already asked when Ivy can go back to Rebekah’s! We would definitely be back if we didn’t live several states away 🤣 Thanks to Rebekah, our family was able to enjoy the parks and Ivy had an outdoor WY adventure of her own ❤️”

About: I've cared for cats in need of just a little supervision and those in need of critical care. I've also fostered countless kittens to help them be socialized and have the absolute best chances at adoption! Every animal deserves dignity and respect. I realize that not all cats enjoy affection, but I'll still talk with them and do my best to convey an energy and presence that is calming and comforting while they wait for their family to return.

About: I enjoy spending time with cats and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I understand that cats can have different personalities and may need time to feel comfortable with someone new. I’m patient and gentle, and I’m happy to follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, cleaning, playtime, and giving their cat attention.

“Samantha always does a great job caring for our fur babies!”

“We have been to many daycares and used many different care providers over the past 5 years we have had Ben. He was so comfortable with Eric at his place that we almost couldn’t bring him home. This was the best stay Ben has ever had. He came back calm and exhausted. Thank you!”

“Liz was very sweet. It was Monty’s first time with day care so we did not know what to expect. Liz sent me pictures and updates. He did fine although he needs to get used to this. We will be back soon!”

About: I've cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I started as a child caring for the sheep, pigeons, and rabbits at a nearby hobby farm. I am calm, confident, and caring. I believe that every animal deserves dignity and respect, always. I provide both structure and lots of love! I have fostered many dogs, cats, and even raccoons over the years. I simply want them to feel loved. When sitting, I work hard to provide a safe and nurturing home while their family is gone. We'll have lots of bonding time, exercise, and deep conversations. My dog Max and I are out for a hike every day possible! I work part-time in the home and part-time out of the home. My out of the home schedule is entirely flexible, allowing me to accommodate a variety of needs. I provide the care they are accustomed to, the best that I can. They are treated as part of our family for the time they are with us. And they are treated with dignity and respect.

About: I love spending time with dogs and cats and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I help my mom with walking dogs, taking them outside to use the bathroom, playing with them, and keeping them calm. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter and have experience being around large dogs, including Great Danes. I understand that every pet is different, so I follow each owner’s instructions and give their pets patience, attention, exercise, and plenty of care while they are with me. I’m available for pet care before and after my weekday commitments, and I have a flexible schedule on weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule and provide house sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking, and care for both dogs and cats. I enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and care. I’m flexible and will do my best to accommodate your pet’s needs and your schedule. I treat every pet and home with care and respect. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, keep pets in a safe and comfortable environment, and make sure doors, gates, and other areas are secure. I keep food and water fresh, clean up after pets, and give them plenty of attention and supervision. I want both pets and their owners to feel safe and comfortable while they’re in my care.

About: I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, and even horses—and caring for them has always come naturally. For two years, I worked as a professional dog walker with Powder Hounds in Jackson, where I gained hands-on experience walking pups of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. On top of that, I was a foster with the Animal Adoption Center for five years, giving me a deep understanding of how to help dogs of all personalities feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they wait for their forever homes. Today, I share my home with two dogs of my own (a medium and a large pup) and know firsthand the importance of finding someone you can trust to treat your pets like family. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy needing extra attention, a senior requiring patience and gentle care, or somewhere in between, I’ll adapt to their unique needs. My mix of professional experience, foster background, and genuine love for animals sets me apart as a sitter who goes beyond the basics to make sure your pets are happy, healthy, and comfortable while you’re away. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule around your pet’s routine—whether that’s midday walks, feeding schedules, or simply extra cuddle time. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize keeping them safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their familiar environment. I always follow your instructions closely—whether that’s feeding routines, exercise schedules, or any special needs—so your pet’s day feels as normal as possible while you’re away. I take extra care with home security too, making sure doors are locked, leashes are secure, and pets are always supervised outside. My goal is to provide not just peace of mind for you, but also consistency, trust, and a calm environment for your pets.

“She realized our r.v. thermostat hadn't been changed from heat to a.c. She contacted us and when she was through with her next walk, she came back and adjusted it. It was much appreciated!”

About: I believe in customer service values. I do what's in the best interest of the animals by allowing them to keep their normal routine. Animals often get stressed when there are changes to their environment so I often ask around what times do they normally get; fed, treats, walks, meds. I like to bring toys that they like and not change anything about their diets. I have learned that communication is key to developing a positive relationship with clients. Im guilty of sending you many pictures of your animals while you're away. I work part time and mostly make my own schedule. I try to stay in my local area as much as possible to make myself available to your animals. I offer clients grocery deliveries, laundry, and mail pickup for small fees. I do not charge for house sitting duties like watering plants, taking trash down, or safety checks. Dogs need frequent exercise for best health. I encourage the couch potatoes to get moving, I walk the hyper ones until they slow down, I'll play fetch or offer indoor interactions as needed. I wash out water bowls daily.
