She was patient with all of my questions (before, during, and after the meeting and greet!) and immediately put my mind at ease. I currently have a German Shorthaired Pointer, so I’m very familiar with high-energy dogs and the attention, exercise, and care they need. About: I have had dogs my entire life. Cats since I was 11. I have ridden and worked with horses since I was 5. I do all my animals vetting minus their rabies vaccinations. I have a senior Husky, a three year old German Shepherd and an eleven month old Pitbull/German shepherd mix. I have a ball python as well as two eight year old tuxedo cats. I love them all! All my babies are spoiled rotten and I share in the spoils! I currently stay at home and I'm a football mom so I have an open schedule around practices and games to take care of needs of others! I currently do not offer boarding as I do not have a fence. My dogs and I love to lounge around, play and adventure the yard for all the new smells. My babies have my full house to roam and are only put up when I leave as they are mischievous and get themselves into trouble. We go out every few hours to potty and roam the yard to smell all the smells, because you never know who has been in the yard in the last two hours! We must patrol! Lots of walks and toys! In your home, it is whatever you and your pet need! Walks, playtime, medication, pop-ins.

About: As the proud owners to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, we know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. We will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for our own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and we want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in our care. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! Our whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. We want your pets to feel as safe as our own. Leah and Andrew are both available for petsitting services. We currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. We are able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. We treat every animal as if it were our own and provide a level of care that we would expect from our pet care provider.

About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire life, small to large breed, we love dogs! Our little one absolutely loves having them around, being outside, throwing ball, treats, etc. So, your pet would need to be great with kids :) We live in the beautiful Whittier neighborhood with plenty of walking options. Our backyard is enclosed with a high eight foot fence. So, your pet would be plenty comfortable. Or, if you're away, I could come to your pet for their time outdoors. I have a small SUV, so transportation is always an option! We're comfortable letting your pet roam the house while we're here and away. We would only take on more than one dog after talking to the owner of our current stay, and the dogs are compatible, or they come from the same home! With that said, we do not have any four legged pets of our own.... only tanked ones ;) three amano shrimp, two tetras, and two narite snails! So, your pet will have the luxury of our undivided attention! When your pet would come to stay with us, we do ask for as much info/'their 'stuff' as you can bring/provide regarding your pets normal/routine at their home, commands, tricks, toys, food, bedding... etc so your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time here, and so we can keep them in as much of a similar framework as their home. The Rover site allows for pics and videos. So, we like to take a few during their stay and send them to owners! Our current stay and past stays have really enjoyed this! Prior to you or us making a decision on your pets stay, we would like for you all and your pet to visit our home. This will allow you to see and get a sense of our neighborhood and home - where your pet will be staying, and meet us! I hope this has been helpful for you!
About: I have 7 dogs at my house and been around animals my whole life we have 3 cats as well and chickens! I love taking cares of any time of animal you just need teach me! I am available anytime in the afternoons ranging from 12:30pm-9pm. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed I usually am taking care of my animals but I can always fit in time for yours too! I will offer to feed your pets, buy treats, little bit of exercise and playing, I will make sure they have everything they need and make sure they don’t get into any trouble the best of my ability. I had never used the Rover app OR a dog boarding service before. I found Renee using the Star Sitters filter and I am so grateful to her. She was patient with all of my questions (before, during, and after the meeting and greet!) and immediately put my mind at ease. You can tell she has a lot of experience with dogs and has a very calm but assertive demeanor with them that made me confident she could handle our amped up puppy. While we were away she sent us pictures and updates regularly without me asking so I was never worried about how he was. He even made friends at her house to play with! After bringing him home I could tell she kept him on his routine and he is doing great. I can't recommend her enough!”

“This is our second time using Erin. We rearranged our schedule a bit to accommodate her because I was more comfortable using her again than other sitters. I am nervous about leaving my little Lucy with someone because she is pretty used to being home with someone all day. With Erin, she or another family member is home with the dog most if not all the time. She also sends lots of pics and updates which is such a comfort when you are stressed about leaving your dog. My pup seemed vey content and got lots of attention! Would not hesitate to book Erin again!”

About: Hi! I’m a college student and huge dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently have a German Shorthaired Pointer, so I’m very familiar with high-energy dogs and the attention, exercise, and care they need. I also volunteer with a local shelter through their Doggy Day Out program and help out with a local rescue, which has given me experience working with dogs from many different backgrounds and temperaments. On top of that, I regularly dog sit and care for dogs in my area for friends, family, and neighbors. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, exercised, and loved while their owners are away! 🐾 My schedule is very flexible! I nanny Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, but I’m available most afternoons, evenings, weekends, and many weekdays for pet care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs to help them feel safe, loved, and stress-free while you’re away.
