About: I have a passion for animals and helping those who need their pet to have company. I have the kids who can make sure they get lots of play time and cuddles. And a middle aged golden retriever to have a friend to play with too I am a stay at home mom who will be so happy to watch your dogs. I am available Monday through Sunday and the time is flexible. Our yard is fenced in so they can be let out anytime. We do have fenced in chickens a d ducks. About: I've been pet sitting since I was 15. I've had experience with dogs as small as a 5lb mini chihuahua to a giant great pyrenees. I currently live with a rottweiler named Ruby and a cat named PJ (short for pajama). I'd love to meet your animals! I am currently working from home and have a lose schedule so I am super available to take care of any needs you might have. Dogs or other animals that require extra care, like multiple walks a day or lots of attention, are no problem for me! If needed/wanted I am able (and would love to) take extra time to play with your animals so more than their basic needs are met. I recognize that animals need more than just food and water, social and play time are just as important. Plus, I am pretty good at feeding animals as well.
About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire life, small to large breed, we love dogs! Our little one absolutely loves having them around, being outside, throwing ball, treats, etc. So, your pet would need to be great with kids :) We live in the beautiful Whittier neighborhood with plenty of walking options. Our backyard is enclosed with a high eight foot fence. So, your pet would be plenty comfortable. Or, if you're away, I could come to your pet for their time outdoors. I have a small SUV, so transportation is always an option! We're comfortable letting your pet roam the house while we're here and away. We would only take on more than one dog after talking to the owner of our current stay, and the dogs are compatible, or they come from the same home! With that said, we do not have any four legged pets of our own.... only tanked ones ;) three amano shrimp, two tetras, and two narite snails! So, your pet will have the luxury of our undivided attention! When your pet would come to stay with us, we do ask for as much info/'their 'stuff' as you can bring/provide regarding your pets normal/routine at their home, commands, tricks, toys, food, bedding... etc so your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time here, and so we can keep them in as much of a similar framework as their home. The Rover site allows for pics and videos. So, we like to take a few during their stay and send them to owners! Our current stay and past stays have really enjoyed this! Prior to you or us making a decision on your pets stay, we would like for you all and your pet to visit our home. About: I've had pets (cats, dogs and bunnies) for as long as I can remember. (40 + years) I have taken care of peoples animals many times throughout my life. I'm known for being an animal lover and have been told that I have a way with them. Even when other people's pets have been afraid of other people their pets have felt comfortable with me. I work from home, and am there most of the time. Our little toy poodle that we've had for 12 years just passed away and we slept with her, held her as we were doing school/ work and took her everywhere with us. I take a slow, easy approach to dog care. I let dogs sniff, wander, and just be themselves, whether we’re doing a neighborhood walk, a quick potty break, or a longer trail outing. Every walk is just two dogs at most, so your pup gets real time and attention. I always send photo updates along the way so you can see how they’re doing. About: I have stepped up and taken care of pets from family members since I can remember. I am very active and love walking and engaging with any dog and being a companion to any furry friend. I have always valued dogs being an integral part of any family. I am a college student but at nights and weekends is when I am most available. About: I have decades of experience with both cats and dogs! I have a reactive/senior dog that I have had since he was a puppy. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. Monday through Friday, I work a 6-8-hour shift, but I schedule pet sitting and house sitting around my work hours & leave to ensure pets still receive plenty of care and attention. My greatest availability for full- time in house is: • Weekends & holidays • Monday–Friday: Midnight- 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM–Midnight. I will always do my best to accommodate each pet’s routine and needs while providing reliable, attentive care. I have a checklist that I review with pet owners to ensure we cover everything as thoroughly as possible. This includes bathroom schedules, allergies, medications, the type of fencing or yard setup they have, whether pets are allowed on furniture, and if they are sensitive to thunder or loud noises (primarily so I can monitor them closely during storms or fireworks). I also ask about grooming needs, any injuries or hotspots to watch for, veterinary contact information, and the nearest emergency vet in your area. While I’ve never had to take a pet I was caring for to an emergency vet, I believe it’s important to have that information readily available in case treatment ever becomes necessary. We’ll also discuss any limitations they may have, as well as whether they’re allowed to go on rides, walks, swimming outings, or even enjoy the occasional pup cup 🩶 I also like to review each pet’s daily routine and preferences with owners to help keep their care as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll ask about feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, sleeping arrangements, favorite activities, and any behaviors or sensitivities I should be aware of. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, loved, and stress-free in my care while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being treated like family.
About: I'm certified in CPR emergency vet services and have watched dogs in my home for years. If you are working long hours and or regular hours and need someone to take care of your dog while you're at work, I'm the one. Sometimes when we leave our dogs alone at home while we work they can get into a lot of things. They can get bored. They can be destructive and they get very lonely. Most of the clients that I work with have a job work long hours and their dogs at times have torn their house, their furniture or whatever they can find completely up and then they have such a mess when they get home. We love our dogs. We love them more than anything and it's hard to come home like that. So if you're tired of it and need someone to help, I'm the one for you. I'm retired. I have two dogs that are so used to other dogs. They don't get out of my sight. Believe me. I have leashes harnesses beds. Anything they need? Lots of toys and lots of activity. I don't have a fenced-in yard but that's why I take small dogs and I can walk them two to three times a day. Whatever you would like to have done. They are allowed on my furniture and in bed with me if they happen to spend the night. They have full run of the household just like mine does. My two dogs are small and they love other dogs after their first initial visit. My dogs are used to other dogs in my house that are not mine and we all get along. Meet and greets are essential. I love animals of all kinds, but I find that dogs are my ones that I can handle the best. It gives the owner peace of mind knowing that their dog is with someone that will take good care of them. So if you need somebody like me just me know. We'll see what we can work out. Randomly I will be able to watch them overnight. If something happens you have to work late or the weather gets bad and you can't make it to my home. That's not a problem. I've got a big bed and lots of blankets and lots of pillows and lots of dog beds if that's where they like to sleep. 🐾 All dogs must be up to date on shots and flea and tick medicine. All dogs will be checked when they come to my house to make sure that there's no fleas. If they do have fleas then I will bathe them And let you know that they need flea and tick medicine before they return. I have plenty of references if you request. I’m retired and am home all day. I’m prepared ahead of time for hosting dogs. The reason I have a one-day notice is so I can prepare my house with anything I may need so that there is no leaving the dogs by theirself. All pets free roam my home. They get to sleep wherever they are used to. They are fed according to the pet parents instructions. All pets get two to three walks a day .Lots of potty breaks, water provided outside and of course inside. They get lots of hugs and treats if aloud by pet parents.
