About: I currently have a pup of my own who I have been training. She still has work to do. I have spent years prior to that being the house/animal sitter back home in West Virginia. I work part time. I am a teacher during the school year. In the summer I just work 5 hours 2 days a week at a local winery. I usually walk/bike my dog every morning before work. On days I do not, I try to get her out on a longer walk or swim when the weather is really hot. I have a very flexible schedule in the summer to fit in other animals. I am pretty vigilant when it comes to my own dog. I try to make sure she gets plenty of exercise. She needs it. I love getting her socialized with older and younger dogs. I have even taken my pup to school with me to socialize best with my students are blind. I would follow the care needs set forth by the dog/cat parents. Please be sure to give special instructions if needed.

About: Hi! My name is Liesel (rhymes with diesel). Growing up, I loved and helped take care of our many family pets. These included dogs, cats, hamsters, and various fish. As an adult, I loved my own sweet German shepherd/Rottweiler mix for 12 years until she passed, so I am familiar and comfortable with dogs of all ages and the unique needs of senior dogs in particular. I have also cared for multiple large and small dogs, cats, fish, and lizards (which I also love) for other people. It brings me joy to care for animals and know that in doing so, I can give the ones who love them peace of mind. I’m currently a homeschooling mom of one child so I am usually home and my schedule is quite flexible. Other than a few hours on Sunday mornings and a few hours on Wednesday nights, I have a fairly open schedule. I will gladly follow any instructions for feeding, watering, toileting, and medication administration if needed. I can even do some brushing if you leave a brush and your pet is willing to allow. They will also receive lots of petting and exercise. And of course, I will communicate with pictures after every visit or walk.

About: I have had dogs all my life. Dogs are my favorite thing and I spend a lot of time caring for my friends and families animals. I'd love to do the same for you. I am a dog groomer. Certified in cpr and first aid. I also have a cat safety certification. I have fostered many I am a dog groomer for the local pet shop. I have a pet cpr and first aid certification. I work 8:30-5 pm. Monday - Saturday. My boyfriend does get off at 4:30 every day. I am committed to making sure your pet has a great time while they are with me. I exercise my animals in the morning and when I get home from work. Your dogs will have the same schedule. They will enjoy lots of treats and snuggles while in my care. I work full time Monday-Saturday 9am - 5pm. I have a fully fenced yard for morning potty and play time. In the evening, we have play time before dinner when I get home at about 6pm. Your dog will need to be able to be left alone or crated for up to 9 hrs. When your dog is at my home and under my supervision safety is my first priority. I prefer if you bring a kennel so I am able to crate them if needed. My time before and after work will be spent with your animal making sure they get enough exercise and fun to keep them happy.

About: I have been around dogs and cats since I was 5 years old, specifically smaller dog breeds when I was younger (Bichon, a Coton De Tulear, and their baby!) but now have a five year old chocolate lab, one year old lab mix, one year old bluetick coonhound, and four cats of varying ages! Due to this, I have had plenty of experience taking care of animals throughout the years, of all ages! Of course my childhood dogs now live with my parents, but I love them and my current foirllur pets more than anything- and I can assure you my love will extend to your furbabies as well! I have some experience with special needs animals- two of my current pets do suffer from anxiety, one of which being Sarah who takes nightly Prozac. I am always nervous when I leave on trips because of this, but I know how to take care of them and show them love when they do become nervous. Due to Sarah’s special needs, I am comfortable administering oral medication. I am an asynchronous online student at Grand Canyon University so my schedule is fully available minus doctor’s appointments here and there! I can definitely work with you on anything! Animals are, and always have been, my life and I hope that I can help you make your time away from your furbabies a little bit easier! I understand many animals are apprehensive when family leaves and a stranger comes in, so I would definitely love to meet with you all beforehand to make sure it’s the right fit!
