“This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I have had training with him, to help give him his best life. I have experience with both dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten to senior age and every age in between. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. I live by a park and love taking them on walks during free time. I have a big yard and 2 pet friendly dogs, if your dogs don’t do good with mine I can easily move my dogs somewhere else. I love going on walks so if able your dog will be outside playing around !
About: I have taken care of many different animals of all shapes and sizes since being raised on a farm in Washington state, dog walking in seattle Washington, and assisting with animals with compromised health issues. I work from home mostly and days I do go into work I am home about 4pm. Two-three day work trips one or twice a month but I have a lot of control over my scheduling. About: i have received my certificate for dog grooming and training, i personally have 5 dogs and have a lot of dog handling experience. i love dogs very much and will treat all of them like my own and take care of any needs that are needed. i am currently a college student at Shepherd University and i do have my dog on campus with me so i do make her a priority (along with school work) so overnight stays will only be possible if my dog is able to come, if our pups get along that’s amazing but if for whatever reason they don’t, i do have experience in dog aggression and i am able to keep them separate and have a nice rotation schedule set in place to keep all dogs happy. i will make sure the fur babies are always watched, always have access to fresh clean water, plenty of play time and potty breaks. will bathe if needed!
About: My entire life has been surrounded by loving and taking care of animals, big and small! Majority of experiences comes from walking and feeding neighbors and family members’ dogs when they needed a second hand. I am a currently a full-time student athlete at a college nearby finishing up my last few semesters. My busiest times in my schedule is the mid mornings, but on average free and available right at noon through the evening. I personally have had family dogs in the house, with currently two dogs that are medium sized. I love going on walks, even runs, with both of them when I am back at home. I also enjoy the downtime and just letting the dogs sniff and lay around me to get to know who I am.
