They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”

About: My whole entire life I have had a dog & cat that were/are very well cared for. I have tons of experience making sure your animals will be well taken care of! I have a golden retriever named Harlow, she is kind and loving and loves other animals. I am a full time college student. I normally am done with my days around 3:30 pm. I am available on weekends. I have a job at a hospital and my schedule varies due to making my own schedule. I live in apartmet in Ashland, KY. It is a bigger apartment that has plenty of room for your animals to stay, if needed! I am very responsible and if I am going into your home it will be respected and every rule will be followed!

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I’ll make sure they’re happy, well cared for, and keep you updated with plenty of pictures to give you peace of mind! I’m currently staying home with my babies so I will have plenty of time to love yours! Don’t be afraid to ask about my schedule! I have a full fenced in yard. Two of my dogs are inside. One roams freely during the day with a doggy door to the outside fenced in yard. One is kenneled during the day. Both are kenneled at night. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!

At home, I have two cats and a dog, so I’m very familiar with balancing playtime, exercise, and daily routines. I make sure my pets get plenty of attention and enrichment through play, and I walk my dog multiple times a day to keep him happy and healthy. About: I’ve mostly worked as an RN but I’m currently a stay at home momma! I've always had a passion in helping others, but my second passion in life is caring for animals! What better side gig than to help care for some lovely pets. I do have experience through my nephew with service dogs. I attended his two-week training to learn how to handle the dog and commands. I've always had pets, particularly cats and dogs, with a few fishy exceptions. I've been trusted by many friends and family members as the go-to person for pet sitting. You can depend on me to be reliable and caring with your fur babies! Fortunately I’m able to work with most schedules. I’m able to be very flexible with my routine thankfully!! We go with the flow over here! I have a fenced in yard, a garage & plenty of house space. We do have one dog and one cat currently! They are spoiled & very used to being around other animals!

For bedtime, guests can sleep comfortably right in my bedroom or use a dedicated spare room depending on their routine.
