About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals since I was a child for my family and neighbors. My first pet sitting job was watching a cat and a rabbit for my neighbor. As an adult I’ve also had to care for injured dogs and cats. I love animals and want to enrich their lives within my abilities. On a daily basis I take Maggie out several times a day for walks and play sessions in our dog park. About: Please message me to discuss discounts for long stays & multiple pets! Hello! My name’s Lexi, I’ve loved animals of all kinds (fur, feathers, and scales alike) my entire life. I do not currently own any four-legged family members of my own, but in the past I have owned dogs, cats (including exotic cat breeds such as Bengals), horses, hedgehogs, mice, and fish—and I can’t wait to meet your furry friends and go on an amazing walk together (or just snuggle up on the couch!) I have extensive experience caring for special needs pets such as senior, blind, and/or arthritic dogs and cats, shy pets, and the more unusual pets such as hedgehogs, fish, donkeys, and more. Additionally, I have years of experience house-sitting and will make sure not only that your home stays tidy, but that your pets are spoiled while you’re away. I am a mother to a 2 year old daughter. Boarding requests must be child-friendly pets! She is in daycare, but is home with me in the evening. I do not allow direct interaction with clients pets, but for everyone’s safety (your pets’ and ours!), any boarded pets must be safe with children. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members and give them all the attention in the world, just like they deserve! I have a 2 year old daughter, who is in daycare during the daytime hours, Monday through Friday. I am occasionally available for drop-ins outside of those hours as long as it is scheduled and planned for in advance. I am available from 7am to 5pm, with some wiggle room for earlier or later drop-ins or walks. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse with an unfenced backyard. The only child in the house is in daycare during the weekday, daytime hours, and can be kept away from clients pets when necessary! Otherwise, we have a very quiet, peaceful home, in a safe, cozy neighborhood that is perfect for walks. We have a full security system with cameras. I am happy to provide regular updates and pictures or videos of your fur baby throughout the sitting. I know how it feels to leave your beloved furry family members in the care of someone else, and want to ensure you feel kept up to date and informed about your pet’s day and wellbeing!

About: New to Rover, but not new to dog sitting :) I have several years of experience taking care of dogs, of all ages & breeds! I moved from Maine to WV and now have the time to be a dog sitter again! My overall love for animals and the ability to connect with them, makes me a safe and reliable sitter for your pup :) We have two open acres of grass for your dog to run around and play and a large tile floor sun room (with AC) for them to stay. My Great Dane stays in the sunroom in a playpen when she isn’t playing with chipmunks outside! If you prefer your dog to be on leash when outside-no problem! I can accommodate to your dogs’ needs! I have a 9 yr old female Great Dane who is real sweet & fully trained to my commands. She stays in a playpen in the AC, tiled sunroom with your pup. Your pup will have the one-on-one care that he/she needs while you are away. Fresh water will always be present :) My main goal is to keep every dog I care for safe & happy!

About: When I was a little kid my family owned 7 dogs at one time, now we only have one who’s a blue healer. We’ve fostered many and found them homes as well. I can lift up to 100 pounds if a senior dog needs help getting up to use the restroom, and I know how to bath and clean up after them in case of accidents. I am an 18 year old soon-to-be college student looking to earn some extra cash. I work three side jobs helping out at church as well as working one part time job. I’m happy to come to you for all your dog walking needs! As long as you’re within the Randolph County, Beverly, and Tucker County districts in West Virginia.

Weekly routines include more thorough cleaning of living spaces, restocking supplies, and reviewing any changes in the pet's behavior or health that may require adjustments in care. By maintaining open communication with pet owners, I ensure that their expectations are met and that their pets receive the highest standard of care. This organized approach allows me to balance pet care responsibilities effectively within my overall schedule. Before sitting, I always have a long conversation with the owners to find out everything their furry pet needs. then I make sure they have exercise or good food medication’s if needed if crate training is needed as well and more.
