I have loved animals ever since I learned to walk. My parents never believed in buying animals, they believed in adopting the ones who didn’t have a home. I carried that with me growing up and became the go to for my neighborhood if they seen a stray animal. Call Kelly, they’d say. No challenge is too big with animals. I’ve been around plenty of new animals that didn’t like many people, including myself but I believe patience is key. We have baby steps to get to our goals and I believe the same for animals, you take baby steps and earn their trust and the rest will come. We have one dog, he is a cocker spaniel. His name is Charlie and he is about 6 years old. I’ve had him since he was just 7 weeks old, he is my whole world and the love/bond we share is undeniable and unbreakable. They are fed once in the mornings or evenings. I cuddle them for some time but left them to wander wherever their curiosity attracted them.
