I’m currently working from home so I would be with your pet continuously. Boarding could be any day of the week including weekends….and holidays too. I have a fenced yard and large porch where your pet will be comfortable…although your pet would never be outside alone. I start my day when they do and I’m near a state park where walks are wonderful.

“I was very pleased with Jaret. I had never before left my puppy alone for more than a few hours and I can honestly say I felt super comfortable having him stay with Jaret and Jaret's partner. Both were loving, calm, and attentive caretakers of my dog- and I'm not easy to please! While staying at Jaret's, my pup came down with pink eye. Jaret was forthright and quick to let me know. He gave me options and advice on what to do, and even went as far as to contact Rover to let them know what was going on with my pup's eye. I was very pleased with how Jaret handled the situation, keeping me posted, bringing him to the vet (Jaret even researched and called multiple places around him to find the best possible care and deal) and informing me on my dog's recovery. Jaret brought him to the vet that day to get him medication. 5 days later when I came to pick up my pup, he was in tip-top shape and his happy goofy self! I will definitely be hiring Jaret again soon. Thanks, Jaret!”

We are new to Houston and needed someone to board our boy Groot for 8 days while we finished a cross country move. Megan and her family took him in as one of their own, and thanks to them, Groot now has a larger social circle here in Texas than we do! We had never been apart from our puppy and needless to say I was very anxious, Megan sent daily updates and photos, which helped me feel great about how Groot was doing. While he was there he got to socialize with a variety of dogs in all sizes and breeds, kids for him to play with, and a large yard to run off that puppy energy! Could not have asked for more!!! About: I currently have a pup of my own who I have been training. She still has work to do. I have spent years prior to that being the house/animal sitter back home in West Virginia. I work part time. I am a teacher during the school year. In the summer I just work 5 hours 2 days a week at a local winery. I usually walk/bike my dog every morning before work. On days I do not, I try to get her out on a longer walk or swim when the weather is really hot. I have a very flexible schedule in the summer to fit in other animals. I am pretty vigilant when it comes to my own dog. I try to make sure she gets plenty of exercise. She needs it. I love getting her socialized with older and younger dogs. I have even taken my pup to school with me to socialize best with my students are blind. I would follow the care needs set forth by the dog/cat parents. Please be sure to give special instructions if needed.

About: I have had dogs all my life. Dogs are my favorite thing and I spend a lot of time caring for my friends and families animals. I'd love to do the same for you. I am a dog groomer. Certified in cpr and first aid. I also have a cat safety certification. I have fostered many I am a dog groomer for the local pet shop. I have a pet cpr and first aid certification. I work 8:30-5 pm. Monday - Saturday. My boyfriend does get off at 4:30 every day. I am committed to making sure your pet has a great time while they are with me. I exercise my animals in the morning and when I get home from work. Your dogs will have the same schedule. They will enjoy lots of treats and snuggles while in my care. I work full time Monday-Saturday 9am - 5pm. I have a fully fenced yard for morning potty and play time. In the evening, we have play time before dinner when I get home at about 6pm. Your dog will need to be able to be left alone or crated for up to 9 hrs. When your dog is at my home and under my supervision safety is my first priority. I prefer if you bring a kennel so I am able to crate them if needed. My time before and after work will be spent with your animal making sure they get enough exercise and fun to keep them happy.
