We've recently renovated our attached brick garage into a dedicated boarding space designed to provide a safe, comfortable, low-stress environment for your pets. Unlike many boarding facilities, we only board one family's pets at a time. Whether you have one dog, multiple dogs, dogs and cats together or just cats, your family will be our only boarding guests during their stay! This allows us to provide more individualized care while reducing stress and eliminating interactions with unfamiliar animals. Each guest has access to a spacious 8' x 6' x 4' kennel, but they're not required to stay inside it. The kennel can remain open, giving them the option to relax in their own secure space or enjoy the larger boarding area. Comfortable bedding, including a traditional dog bed and raised cooling cot, is provided! Someone is almost always home, and we work remotely, allowing for frequent interaction, supervision, and additional attention for pets who need it. Security cameras are also in place throughout the boarding area and outside our home for added safety and peace of mind! We provide treats, enrichment, and natural chews (with owner approval) and do our best to follow your pet's normal routine. Whether they have a specific feeding schedule, medication schedule, bedtime routine, or exercise preferences, we'll work to keep things as familiar as possible! Dogs have access to a fenced outdoor exercise area and can enjoy leashed walks around our property, including our creek area. Every morning, I wake up and get ready so I can go let out my father’s dog and feed his macaw. I also collect his mail and I have been cleaning his house as days go by so that he will have something nice to come home to. I also come by later in the evening to let him out one more time before bed. I have a very friendly dog at home, and we live on a farm! So that means all the space to run!
