Laura checked with us and took him to the ER (vet) because she saw blood in his diarrhea. They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) About: I have experience with both cats and dogs as I have both. I had a wonderful dog named Tessa. I miss her so much. She was a rescue and an amazing dog. Albany is a manx cat and was adopted at the age of 3. She is 6 now. She loved to play and can be ornery! I love fur babies and would love to help take care of your fur babies. They love to play, run, or even just stroll through the park. They love watching squirrels and birds 😂 and also love chasing other dogs around at the dog park! About: My whole entire life I have had a dog & cat that were/are very well cared for. I have tons of experience making sure your animals will be well taken care of! I have a golden retriever named Harlow, she is kind and loving and loves other animals. I am a full time college student. I normally am done with my days around 3:30 pm. I am available on weekends. I have a job at a hospital and my schedule varies due to making my own schedule. I live in apartmet in Ashland, KY. It is a bigger apartment that has plenty of room for your animals to stay, if needed! I am very responsible and if I am going into your home it will be respected and every rule will be followed!

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. One roams freely during the day with a doggy door to the outside fenced in yard. One is kenneled during the day. Both are kenneled at night. One is outside full time (unless it’s freezing cold and I have to force him inside). I also have one large kennel outside where my foster dog stays most of the time. All dogs are up to date on vaccines and receive monthly flea tick and heart guard meds. As for your home, I’m up for a meet and greet depending on what you need!

About: I’ve mostly worked as an RN but I’m currently a stay at home momma! I've always had a passion in helping others, but my second passion in life is caring for animals! What better side gig than to help care for some lovely pets. I do have experience through my nephew with service dogs. I attended his two-week training to learn how to handle the dog and commands. I've always had pets, particularly cats and dogs, with a few fishy exceptions. I've been trusted by many friends and family members as the go-to person for pet sitting. You can depend on me to be reliable and caring with your fur babies! Fortunately I’m able to work with most schedules. I’m able to be very flexible with my routine thankfully!! We go with the flow over here! I have a fenced in yard, a garage & plenty of house space. We do have one dog and one cat currently! They are spoiled & very used to being around other animals!
